Parent Dropoff PIN Report
Be able to pull all parent dropoff PINs into a report, preferably an excel or .csv format. It could even just be a column added to the file you receive when you click the "Download" button on the Parent Directory page.

Employee page with Forms employees need and use at our school.
I would like there to be a page for my staff to access only. On this page would be an employee handbook, request time off form, any other forms employees use at my school.

Non-Teaching Staff
Is it possible to have a setting so that staff can be Non-Teaching Staff and have access to the registers for certain classrooms and appear to parents, but not to change any of the lesson details or view parent details.

In the daily attendance notes section, please give us the option to NOT have the notes sent to parents. We like to use this section to communicate absences to our teachers and would love to have the notes STOP going to the parents.

Merge lessons from two different classrooms

A former employee created a second classroom with different lessons than the main classroom. That employee left, and students remain. I would like to merge the lessons that are similar from the former employee's TC classroom with the main classroom lessons. How? I've checked the FAQ but can only move lessons within one classroom, not from one to another. Help.

Customizing Daily Tracking
In preparation for state licensing inspection, our school will be required to provide our diaper logs.
We are currently using TC's Daily Tracking feature to note diaper changes. It would be beneficial is there was a way to print a full report of each child's diaper/toileting information for an X period of time to show the state inspector.
Being able to pull a report for all children in a classroom for just diapering/toileting for a specific date range would eliminate using TC for parent communication while still having to use paper and pen to communicate and meet state inspection requirements.

Daily attendance notes dashboard
Daily dashboard that admins can view for all daily notes left by parents or staff via the drop off/attendance notes function.
This way when it's dismissal time, admins can simply view notes dashboard to see playdate, pick up and other instructions.

Customize concentration level labels
Customize concentration labels.
Other than the ones that’re named, like Concentrated, Quiescent and Disorder, there are some levels without a label. I would like to name those levels and perhaps add key words to make sure all our teachers are on the same page and can observe the students objectively.

Notification email different for specific forms
Hi,
I need some guidance to see if notifications email for specific forms only can be set to a different email address - specifically, I have field trip forms that are handled by a teacher, not admin, and I would like notification to be set up for that person for those forms only.

Messaging parents: We still have to keep brightwheel, because we need a good messaging system with the parents. It is great to be able to message a parent, and have the teacher, assistant, and admin all be able to see the message and answer.

Allow pictures to be moved from one classroom to another.
We have some students who spend the morning in one class, and Extended Day in another. If I take a picture of a child from the other classroom through the app, I cannot tag the child.
3 votesThis is a good idea. It’s just a matter of prioritization. For now you can work around it by downloading the image and uploading it in the other classroom.
