Diaper Notes
For an infant classroom, it would be great to be able to put a note in about the diaper, when you enter the diaper. Just as you can leave a note about lunch, snack, etc.

Problem with transparent classroom
Hello,
I hope you are doing well.
I’m here to lodge a complaint that my transparent classroom has not been working properly for the past one month.
First, I’m unable to upload photos and secondly I’m unable to access it on my laptop.
Please look into this as soon as possible as it’s creating a lot of problems in terms of maintaining smooth communication with parents.Thank you

Admin Report Creation
For reports, it would be nice if you could create reports (on the admin side) about student demographics based off enrollment forms. Example: be able to filter responses for photo approval, race, etc.

hide unlisted documents from parents for ease of use
hiding the Unlisted category under school info from parents. It feels overwhelming to them to see all of those documents, when they are already listed in the viewable folders above.

Email a group
Email groups - it would be great to be able to email a group of children's parents. This would allow easier direct and specific information to relevent parents.

Planned but Not Presented Lessons
I’d like to suggest a helpful feature that could improve lesson tracking, especially for elementary classrooms.
Currently, when a lesson is planned for a group but a child is absent, we don’t always have the opportunity to go back and present it. However, there is no way to indicate that the lesson was intended but not given. If we leave it as “Planned,” it can create confusion.
Would it be possible to add a “Missed” or “absent” to the progress tracking system? This would help teachers:
Keep an accurate record of lessons that were planned but not delivered.

Email to parents to prompt for overdue immunizations
Ability to send an automatic email alert to parents if there is an immunization flagged as overdue or missing. Also a feature to track school physicals.

We appreciate your platform and how it helps us track and share children's daily activities. However, we have received feedback from parents regarding the meal summary feature, and we’d like to request an enhancement.
Currently, teachers input the meal quantity and detailed notes for each meal daily, but when the data is summarized, it only displays a general overview without specific quantities. Parents have expressed that having the recorded meal quantities in the summary would allow them to track their child’s eating progress more effectively over time.
