  1. On Conference Reports, the skills table would be easier to fill out if a drop-down option was available. The goal would be that the designer of the form would create drop-down options that would be "staff edit only" to be used during the process of filling out conference reports. This would allow faculty to fill reports quickly without the use of abbreviations and eliminating the possibility of typos.

  2. I want to suggest to add more levels to the evaluation scale. Current evaluation scale has only 6 levels. However, our education system (Latvia) uses scale from 1 to 10, thus we need scale with 10 levels.

  3. Please add the feature to "lock" old conference reports so that no additional editing or changes can be made. These would be conference reports that have already been published.

  4. Print labels (similar to Avery or Staples). We use name labels on cubbies, file folders, etc. Would be nice to capture data such as name, birthday, class directly from Transparent Classroom without exporting to another app.

  5. Sign up for volunteers (similar to signup genius). Would be easier to share volunteer times/days/events and track volunteer hours if managed through Transparent Classroom. Our families are expected to volunteer a specific amount of hours each school year. This would help with grant compliance and fundraising events.

  6. Would love access to a 'history' of notes shared with parents/caregivers for each child over a period of time (e.g. weeks, months, year). This would help immensely with communication efforts between home/school as well as between guides.

    Would also love to see a 'notification' feature when parents/caregivers leave a note.

  7. Would love to see a report feature that applies to toileting. A report of this type would support guides in tracking a child's elimination patterns for toileting independence.

  8. We would love to have different school-wide forms send notifications to different staff members, instead of all school forms sending notifications to one email address. ie. incident reports should notify the school nurse, our field trip forms should notify the administrator who needs them...

  9. When entering info into the progress circles, (child>progress), you should be able to click it once for P, twice for W and thrice for M and so on. in addition to the drop down or in place of it. reminiscent of Montessori Compass and those P/W/M triangle things

  10. It would be helpful if we had the ability to edit a family's/child's profile to adjust past forms. We had a family who applied and was accepted a couple years back, but they never attended. They have reapplied and I am not able to accept their current application because they have a previous profile set up. It is a little frustrating not being able to reject old forms and merge new forms to update profiles. Unless there is something missing, it seems like I have to wait for help from someone at TC.

  11. We are working with our BCBA (behaviorist) to find a non-emotional consistent way to communicate with parents surrounding behavior. Especially as a child shows signs of a need for additional supports in the classroom. Would there be a way - similar to toileting or lunch/food consumption - to track observed behaviors or dysregulation in real time that would populate in the daily summary email home to parents? That way we are not talking about the child's behavior in front of them, but also communicating in real time without having to do the email "compliment sandwich."

  14. I am wondering why the child gender/sex does not show on the home page of their profile. I am only able to find out a child's gender by clicking edit on profile page or going to their application form. Please consider adding gender as a field on their profile! I also feel like it should show when clicking on children and seeing the list by class, etc. We always have many students with unixex or foreign names, so we cannot assume their gender based on their name.

  15. Sometimes it may be helpful to have a lesson that appears in two different places.

    For instance, a lesson that appears in a sequence or progression (in the order in which you would present it), but also appears in a category. When you update the lesson in one place, it updates it in the other as well.

  16. Hello,
    My idea is to add a way to toggle to the bottom of the Meeting Notes so you don't have to scroll or use the slide bar to move. I would like to always be at todays date first and move up (or down) to previous notes.
    Time saver!
    And...I would love to be able to make the font or format a bit smaller for conference reports. The font and layout of the reports take up so much space on the page.

  17. It would be helpful if there was a way to have the application appear in the child's profile once they've been accepted into a program. Perhaps under the forms tab.

  20. It would be great to give schools the option to have administrators be exclusively responsible for unlocking observations. The school can this way work on ensuring observations released to parents meet a particular standard.
