Delete Old Untagged Photos En Masse
Please create a feature to be able to delete untagged photos en masse. Extremely frustrating to have hundreds of old photos and can only delete one by one.

All Staff Access to School Wide Headcount
All staff need to be able to see the Head Count for the whole school, not just admin.
1. In an emergency, all staff need access to the Head Count. It is a safety issue that this is not the default.
2. After school program staff need to be able to see who is present in school without redundant admin actions of marking attendance in multiple classrooms for the same child.7 votes -
Tracking recurring practice and lessons
Dear Development Team,
Thank you for your excellent work. Transparent Classroom is a very useful tool!
While discussing this with my colleagues, we realized that there is a feature missing that would be very helpful: the ability to specify a review frequency.
There are presentations or skills that warrant weekly follow-up. We can’t simply mark them as “Practiced” or “Mastered,” since it’s a long process.
It would help us to have the option to add “recurring” presentations, such as reading practice.One idea would be for the recurring activity to be reset each week in the “Progress and Plan” table,…

Absence statistics
I would like the program to aggregate absence statistics for all classes and the entire school on a monthly basis.

Form ownership and response flow
Right now, as an admin, every form response comes to me, even though I haven't created the form. It creates a block in communication. Can you look into attaching the response to the classroom email creating the form?

Teachers NEED to be able to see all sessions in order to communicate and plan. PLEASE VOTE TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN!
I desperately need for teachers to be able to see sessions ahead again. I don't know why this was taken away, but teachers need to be able to access class lists, and parent emails prior to the session, so they can send communication and plan their classrooms. The amount of extra time I spend getting this information out to different teachers when they should be able to access it themselves is maddening. Please- Please- Please... Let teachers be able to see all sessions!

organizing the Profile and information so things are easy to find.

It would be wonderful if everything were displayed in the profile under the titles they are in, including photos.
For example, all comments and photos for practical life were grouped in Practical life, and sensorial was grouped under sensorial, language under language, etc., so the information is easy to find and the pictures make reports easier to write.

Push Notification for Sign In and Out
If a child is marked present - send a push notification to parents to sign in and/or out. It is a state requirement to have a signature at drop off and pick up and the records here in Transparent Classroom are enough, but it can be difficult to get ahold of the parents in time to update the attendance.

Planning function without assigning children
Feedback on the Planning Function in Transparent Classroom
I have been missing a feature that would allow me to plan presentations for the coming weeks without having to decide in advance which students will participate in each presentation.
I find that Transparent Classroom works very well as a record-keeping and tracking tool, but I feel that it could be further developed as a planning tool.

Add calendar to attendance
Attendance- Would it be possible to add a school holiday to the list of reasons present or absent, etc.? OR, Is it possible to add the school calendar to populate the attendance so we do not have to add the holidays each time? By chance I missed this feature could you give me a tutorial or explain how this works? Thank you!

Edit Lesson Set/More Colors
Under "Edit Lesson Set" (in admin view), can our school get more color variation so that we can denote more detailed descriptions on lessons. For example, when a student refuses a Montessori lesson, the color could be pink or purple. Thank you!

School Setting to enable Remove From Directory
Want a school setting to enable removing student from directory. This can be done currently by going into each children to checkmark that setting. Schools want to hide children and parent information from other families.

Track communications
It would be great to have all emails sent through TC saved somewhere. For eample, I'm not sure who received their PIN information email- would be great to be able to confirm it has been sent.
