  1. Would it be possible to add a 'save draft' feature on the site, so that we can continue working on what we're writing even if we have to step away partway through. I would be grateful for it. Thank you!

  2. We would love to be able to print forms for more than once child at a time. Let's say we want to print all Health Forms for Summer 2021 Session I, can we do that all at once or just have to go into each individual child and print from there.

    We would also like to be able to print multiple forms for one child at a time. So be able to checkmark a box next to that form for that child and then select print and all of their forms would print at once.

  3. Printing all of the same form at once for each class. The summary is okay, but for school records you require the full form. It would be nice to print all at once instead of clicking individually for each child

  4. Hi,

    I would like to set all the tagged photos to be sent to parents at 6pm every Friday. In other words, when I tag the photo, it won't automatically goes to the parent even if I don't lock them. It will only be out every Friday at 6pm. Is it possible to do this with the current setting?

  5. When sending an email through Transparent Classroom I would like the option to choose what classrooms to send it to. Not all emails need to go to the whole school, but need to go to more than one classroom. Please create an option to select the classrooms to send emails to.

  7. It would be great to be able to print all of a form's submissions at once without making it into a spreadsheet. We have to have the actual form for each child in their file and in their classroom. On other sites we have used, you can select forms to print in bulk and print every response as its own separate form to put in each child's file. It is frustrating to have to select them one at a time and individually print them.

  8. I would like to be able to some how see on the attendance page, if a doctors note is required to return to school. We require a note or neg. covid test if a child has been out ill, but there is no easy way to see that without going to the date they were out or sent home. Could also be a box to check "note required" that shows up on attendance check in page. Thanks

  10. We have the visual problem that having a lot of groups in between the area, and then groups in one material, that it is a bit unclear when viewing it. A helpful feature would be, assigning different colors to the different groups. thanks

  11. We have more and more parents using one shared email for school-related communication. Right now, TC doesn't allow for duplicate entries of the same email address for different individuals. This creates a problem with only being able to create a profile for one person. Is it possible to allow for 2 parents/guardians to have the same email?

  12. Ideally it would be saved every time anything is changed. You do this basically everywhere else.

    At the very least, navigating away from it should not trigger the browser "do you want to leave these changes" dialogue if we're staying withing TC, but should trigger a TC dialogue with the option to Save right then and there - asking to cancel the browser dialog and then go to the Save button is super annoying.

  13. This would work for something like "circle time", or if you have, for example, a PM class of K-preparation. Ideally you would establish your groups, how often they ocur, plan what will be happening there - which will include a mixture of curriculum lessons and non curriculum themes which should be write in (or maybe a non school wide but teacher specific curriculum "area"). Then you mark attendance for your small group and any associated curriculum lessons appear as presented / introduced. All activity associated with said group / circle time will then appear in each of the children's timelines,…

    1. In the Profile, a section to select the person's desired pronouns in addition to sex/gender. This is relevant at our school for a number of students, parents, and staff members. In many cases, especially for the children, their biological sex is required information but the child's pronouns my be different.
    2. Also in the profile, an option to indicate that permission forms have been signed. we currently use the notes section to say which students may use school-provided sunscreen, get school lunch, go on field trips, or who has signed the photo waiver, but our notes section is getting cluttered up…

  15. A PIN number for authorized adults to do distant drop off so that the school can keep track of exactly who is picking up and dropping off a student. One time use PIN numbers also for Emergency pick ups

  16. The online application offers the current session as well as the future sessions - we are full this year and limited next year so I would like to block the current session and summer session from applications.

  17. Be able to pull all parent dropoff PINs into a report, preferably an excel or .csv format. It could even just be a column added to the file you receive when you click the "Download" button on the Parent Directory page.
