Optional end of year photo portfolio/ slide show to share with parents, should include all photos uploaded to the platform (editable to remove photos) and option to upload a song and option for transitions between slides

Add a Save button at the top of the student's profile.
It would be extremely helpful to have a second "Save" button available at the top of a student's profile (possibly next to the "Edit" and "Publish" buttons?). There are many times when just a quick edit is necessary, and scrolling all the way to the bottom to hit save just adds to the time.

file upload application
Add an "Upload" button to online application inputs, same as upload functionality in normal forms. This would allow parents to complete linked .PDF files as supplemental pieces of the application (recommendations, etc) and upload them directly to the application.

Daily Tracking Time Stamp
When on the daily tracking page, I think it would be INCREDIBLY helpful to allow teachers to set a time while recording the details of each event. Example: go to daily tracking, click on AM Snack, set time at top of page that AM snack was eaten (can set one time for all children or specific times for each child), record amount each child ate. This would be a much more efficient way of recording information after the time that the event has occurred. If teachers are unable to record the details at the exact time of the event,…

Create on "Onboard" Date and "First Day" for new students.
Create an “Onboard Date” (features and billing begins) and “The Child’s First Day” (for record keeping purposes). I get why some of the features are not enabled until the child's first day because we are not paying for those features yet. However, it would be really nice if there was a way to fully onboard the child earlier leading up to the child's first day. Currently, we have to go change the child's first day to be able to enable all of these features and then our TC records do not accurately reflect the child's first day unless we manually…

bulk print forms
We would love to be able to print forms for more than once child at a time. Let's say we want to print all Health Forms for Summer 2021 Session I, can we do that all at once or just have to go into each individual child and print from there.
We would also like to be able to print multiple forms for one child at a time. So be able to checkmark a box next to that form for that child and then select print and all of their forms would print at once.

Printing all of the same form at once for each class. The summary is okay, but for school records you require the full form. It would be nice to print all at once instead of clicking individually for each child

Photo Sent Every Friday at 6PM
Hi,
I would like to set all the tagged photos to be sent to parents at 6pm every Friday. In other words, when I tag the photo, it won't automatically goes to the parent even if I don't lock them. It will only be out every Friday at 6pm. Is it possible to do this with the current setting?

Option to email multiple classrooms, but not whole school
When sending an email through Transparent Classroom I would like the option to choose what classrooms to send it to. Not all emails need to go to the whole school, but need to go to more than one classroom. Please create an option to select the classrooms to send emails to.

print all forms at once
It would be great to be able to print all of a form's submissions at once without making it into a spreadsheet. We have to have the actual form for each child in their file and in their classroom. On other sites we have used, you can select forms to print in bulk and print every response as its own separate form to put in each child's file. It is frustrating to have to select them one at a time and individually print them.

Dr. Note Required for Return to School
I would like to be able to some how see on the attendance page, if a doctors note is required to return to school. We require a note or neg. covid test if a child has been out ill, but there is no easy way to see that without going to the date they were out or sent home. Could also be a box to check "note required" that shows up on attendance check in page. Thanks

Color coded groups
We have the visual problem that having a lot of groups in between the area, and then groups in one material, that it is a bit unclear when viewing it. A helpful feature would be, assigning different colors to the different groups. thanks
