Allow classes to be tied to days and times for attendance
If a child is in one class M/W/F from 1-3 and in a different class T/H from 1-3 their schedule is M-F 1pm-3pm but they populate in both classes everyday.

Assign forms to Staff
It would be great if we could assign Forms to staff. We (as many other Montessori schools) have Admission visits when a guide meets with a child and does an observation. These forms are about potential students that are not enrolled yet and contain information that are strictly internal. It would be so great if these forms can live where all of our other forms live.

Upload PDFs to Child's Profile
In order to move away from paper student files, it would be great to upload documents to TC to allow for all student file info to be in one place.

Assigning future start dates to children when transitioning classrooms
We would love to have the added flexibility of assigning children a start date in a new classroom to allow us to do enrollment projections. For example - a current student is set to transition from the Toddler Classroom to the Primary Classroom on 9/5. Without removing him from the Toddler Classroom, we would like to assign him to the Primary Classroom beginning 9/5 so that we can estimate attendance and classroom enrollment.

Student Allergies
It would be helpful to have a way highlight students that have food allergies so staff members can quickly identify those students. It would also be helpful to be able to link treatment plans to those students, in the event of an emergency.

Drop-down Conference Report Option (staff edit only)
On Conference Reports, the skills table would be easier to fill out if a drop-down option was available. The goal would be that the designer of the form would create drop-down options that would be "staff edit only" to be used during the process of filling out conference reports. This would allow faculty to fill reports quickly without the use of abbreviations and eliminating the possibility of typos.

Age + Gender Classroom Placement
I would love to see the Classroom Placement tool modified to include an age with gender view to help be sure that all of the 4 year olds in a class aren't boys (or girls) so that there are generally the same number of each gender within each age set.

have the ability to print all of a child's licensing forms at once instead of one at a time
We still need paper copies of all forms in student folders. It takes too long to do it one by one...

protecting privacy while sharing lessons presented
Create a way to share the lessons presented with parents without showing each parent all of the students who received the lesson.

Add a time feature to the lesson planning page
Is there any way to add the time you'd like to give a lesson on the planning page? As an upper elementary teacher I plan lessons by time and share this with my students so they can also plan their day. Having this feature would make planning through transparent classroom much easier.

add a feature to track the student tuition payment and monthly fees
I am referring to the ability to track my school's billing seeing student's first tuition and the monthly fees, by each one, putting a checkmark in each student/month when it is on time and a X when is delayed/pending or cmpletely unpaid. It could include a "date" mark, to control the deadlines and an "active/inactive since ..." button because some students will start and probably some will leave during the school term.

have a calendar function in the activity feed that allows you to view posts from a specific day or group of days or "jump to" a specific day
currently the activity feed is one long feed that you need to scroll to if you want to go back and see what happened on a particular day 3 weeks ago. It would be more efficient to be able to single out a specific day or group of days that you could view singularly without having to scroll all the way down. The sheer amount of data in the activity feed is daunting and there is no way to sort or view limited amounts to make it more digestible or to zero in on specific events.

allow parents to download all photos of their child on their activity page instead of one at a time
Parents often ask us if they can download all their child's photos in one group, instead of clicking on each one to download. It would be nice if they were able to do this.

Allow the activity feed to be filtered by child and/or lesson
It would be very convenient to be able to filter the activity feed view by child and/or lesson to avoid having to click through multiple pages. The only way I know right now to get to a specific child' records with a particular lesson is to click on that child's name, go to the progress page, find the lesson and click on it. It would be really nice if there was an option to filter the records shown right in the activity feed.

have the name of the classroom listed on the browser tab
We open the links to the parent sign in for our three classrooms on our iPads.
All three browser tabs say “Parent Sign In” some parents click around to find their child’s classroom then walk away.
Other parents understand our tab system click the tab which should have the child’s classroom only to find a different classroom.
If the browser tabs were labeled by classroom I believe this would stop our issues. We attempt to catch those parents clicking aimlessly but this issue occurs daily.

Report # of Lessons Planned by Child AND Area
As we look at teacher planning, we want to make sure that teachers are planning lessons across the curriculum for each child. We need to see a report that's a cross between the "Child Lessons by Area" and "School Planning/Reporting by Area". We want to see how many lessons were PLANNED for each child in each area. The Child Lessons by Area report only shows how many lessons were GIVEN. The School Planning report shows you how many lessons were planned in each area by CLASSROOM, but we need to see by CHILD. We need to count how many lessons…

Timetabling / scheduling of other activities into a planner or calendar
We'd like the ability to create a weekly/term timetable or planner that includes other classroom or school events into a planner that could also be printed eg. excursions, library visits, sport, etc - as well as lessons.
This would allow teachers to see everything going on in the week in one view. As you know, teachers do much more in the day than give lessons and it would be really helpful to do all this planning in TC - one stop.

Add the option of tracking a child's Work Habits - their independence in activity and interest in certain areas of the environment.
Add the option of tracking 'Work Habits'. Whether their work choice was an #Independent Choice vs. #Directed Choice, whether they #PackedUpIndependently or #PackedUpWithHelp or #PackedUpAfterRemider. At the moment I have created my own lesson sets with these options, but it is crowding up my Lesson Plan and appears in the child's "Most Recent Lessons" as a result, which is kind of clunky.

parents to see "pages" on app
Can we add "Pages" to the parent app. This is where our school adds many of the important school info and is the main contact we have with our parents.
