Curious how important this is to other schools…

very important to only share info with a parent about only their child, not other children

Similarly, I may take a picture of two children (out of convenience, or it's nice to show both children working parallel to one another), and I want to tag both children, but they're doing different work. I may not want each parent to see what the other children is tagged as doing.

We use the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd at our school. Our catechists will often record and share responses with parents, and love the idea of using TP to do that. However, when a lesson is with a group--for example, Emily, George, and Elizabeth--in the past we have when we share how the children responded to the lesson, Emily's mom would get a write up that says, "Emily and a 6 year old and a 7 year old received a lesson on the Good Shepherd. Emily said..."
It would be nice if catechists could type up a response for their notes on the lesson, and have a privacy option to share the information with parents, but without sharing the names of other children involved. It could just be "Emily and Child1 and Child2 received a lesson on the Good Shepherd. Emily said.... Child1 responded...." And then George's mom receives the same write up, but with the other children's names obscured. "Child1 and George and Child2 had a lesson on...."
