  1. I notice that in the past you made the headings in the P&P section collapsable — it would be nice if there were a toggle button to collapse/display everything in all the headings at once. I'm formatting my Lessons with following exercises and extensions all part of a group named after the main lesson, and this would be very helpful

  3. When looking at the activity page for a student it is cumbersome to wade through every line to find any comments made about a student. It would be so helpful to have lessons separated from any comments about the child.

  5. I expect to have the data collection team from UW visit us this fall and they will need to see several aspects of Transparent Classroom to see how we individualize the curriculum and communicate with parents. I think the best way is to have a log in for them instead of logging in as a teacher or admin since we don't want to risk having accidental edits. Would like to have a View The Site option.

  6. Many of our children leave from the playground at the end of the day. Our signal is week when reaching our laptops from the playground. Also, who wants to have their laptops outside with rampant children?

  7. In bilingual classrooms, the lesson set is twice as long, with entries for both languages right next to each other. It would be nice if that set could be filtered per language, to make batch editing faster.

    As in: I want to see what happens in both language, but I want to enter data only ever in one language. So if I want to edit multiple rows at once, I'd want to only see my language.

  9. It would be great if there was a feature that could change the Introduce/Beginning/Developing/Etc on the Lesson Reference Sheet. The Lesson Reference Sheet is a convenient place that shows each student's lessons that were introduce, and having a feature that allows you to change the progress as they grow more secure on that skill would be ideal.

  10. In our classroom, we print the lesson reference sheet and have students attach to their workplans to help students know what follow up work they have. It would be AMAZING if we could have a lesson reference sheet with pictures for our developing readers.

  11. Looking from a teachers point of view can they be able to view the form to know what exactly they are sending or assigning to the students? Plus they know what they want to know so their feedback would be helpful in creating forms. If I were a teacher, I'd like to know what's available and what I'm assigning. Another set of eyes is helpful too!

  12. I feel that as a school we would gain valuable information about how we could improve our school by doing an exit interview with both our families that are leaving and our staff. I know there are ones that already exist. Would love to see them.

  16. If possible, please highlight out-of-the-ordinary drop-off and pick-up times on the excel attendance report. For example, currently only the web view shows up in red when a student was late. It would be helpful to have that automatically marked somehow on the excel sheet as well.

  17. In the conference report, I need to be able to show selected areas of my lesson set, not the whole thing. I need it to look as structured as the 'Lesson List w/ Proficiencies' element. So I need the exact same presentation, but for one area only. ('Lessons in Area' has too little functionality).

  20. Use case: child did a math work that is not in the curriculum, and it's a special thing that we aren't going to put in the curriculum. For now these items would all be listed together. We'd like to have a way to add documentation per section, e.g. "@LuiseWeiss worked on a big booklet about geometric shapes #MATH", and then it would go at the end of the math section. In addition, it would be great to see those sections in the portfolio as well.
