Forms for Staff members would be SOOO helpful. Emergency contact form, certain forms we need completed for licensing, etc.

Add gender field to student profile screen
I am wondering why the child gender/sex does not show on the home page of their profile. I am only able to find out a child's gender by clicking edit on profile page or going to their application form. Please consider adding gender as a field on their profile! I also feel like it should show when clicking on children and seeing the list by class, etc. We always have many students with unixex or foreign names, so we cannot assume their gender based on their name.

Printing Labels
Print labels (similar to Avery or Staples). We use name labels on cubbies, file folders, etc. Would be nice to capture data such as name, birthday, class directly from Transparent Classroom without exporting to another app.

Quick indicator to show if a child is half day, full day, or stays for aftercare.

main picture conference reports
I notice that the main photo in my conference reports is updated every time the profile photo is changed. I would like the photo used in my report published in year 1 to remain with the main photo from year 1. Indeed, it is unfortunate that the main photo updates on all previously published conference reports because the photo reflects the child's age, so it doesn't make sense for it to change. I hope this makes sense.

Child Boxes show lessons from each area
On the child box lesson plan page, have lessons from each area of the room grouped/cored/categorized so that admin can see you’re planning for each area. So planned lessons in Practical Life, Sensorial, Math, Language, Geography/Culture is represented.

select all buttons
while I like the feature of the blue button top right "Mark all P" for attendance purposes, it would also be really nice if there were a button above every row that you could click to apply all. So for instance, if there were a button or a box I could check above Absent, or above Closed, that would save me a lot of time clicking each invdividual kid on a snow day or calamity day. Thanks

Weekly Activity tracking school wide and class wide announcements
I would love it if the Weekly Activity showed how many announcements were sent both school wide and broken down per class.

Access to Sign Previous Missed Dates
In the attendance feature allow parents to sign in and out and provide a signature for previous dates that no signature was provided.

Access Tiers
Access limits: There are some staff at a school that only need access to photos and attendance, but not lesson planning, enrollment forms, etc. Can there be an easy way to limit access for certain staff members? Ex: Staff Level 1 only have access to attendance and photos, Staff Level 2 have access to the full student profile

Teacher photograph folder
We enjoy taking pictures of field trips and group work etc but worried about privacy , we only post photos of individuals for their families to see. The suggestion is: a place for teachers to store photos that are not shared with parents but can be organised by event.

Schedule Send Announcement
Hello Transparent Classroom Team,
I’d like to suggest a feature that would be very helpful for administrators — the ability to schedule a note or announcement to be sent at a later time or date.
This would allow admins to prepare messages in advance (for example, reminders, upcoming events, or classroom updates) and have them automatically delivered at a scheduled time. It would be especially useful for managing communication flow and ensuring timely parent engagement, without needing to log in and send messages manually.

remove tagged names from text messages to parents.
It looks clunky and is tedious to wade through @thirty_children every time I am texted a photo or message for the entire class. Can you prevent these tags from showing up in the text message?

make it possible to filter and view ONLY lessons that have already been introduced.
It is good to see all the lessons, but would be great for parents (and maybe teachers?) to see just those lessons that have already been presented, rather than searching through 300 items.
