  3. When I am checking children in (marking all "P for the day), then going back to mark Absent/Sick/Vacation children, I have to UNCLICK "P" then CLICK what I actually want. It's twice the work and could be simplified to one button.

  6. I want to change the view of my Progress and Plan page so I can see the whole name of the presentation and not just a portion of it? It cuts down on the amount of time that I wait to see the full title.

  9. When an adult signs a child in or out: 1- click on childs photo 2- enter an assigned code (specific to each adult) 3-next screen would verify name of adult and populate a photo of adult (for staff to verify if necessary) and a signiture line.

  11. I think it would be great if we could customize the daily tracking. For example, if we are trying to give fact based feedback to parents of children with disruptive behavior, it is helpful to be able to timestamp or track these behaviors in the same way we track concentration, etc. For example, if a child repeatedly interrupts lessons, blurts out, or takes peers off task, we would like to be able to track those behaviors daily and give parents this fact based feedback. Apart from following the children and what is already a feature, is it possible to please have what can be done within the term, by the month and the day so as a new and lone Montessorian with limited support my frustration can be lesson, I have been trying relentlessly and have been failing at it. May this be a feature so that I can match against keeping me on track whereby I can efficiently carry out the curriculum and able to give the children a complete experience of the curriculum all still in keeping with observation and following them.…

  15. It would be great to have the option to make the parent directory school-wide (so that parents from different classrooms can find each other's contact information). I saw someone else requested this and you said some school's want the opposite, so maybe you could make it an option.

From an equity perspective, it's incredibly important for all staff to be able to pronounce a child's name correctly; that effort goes a long way toward making a child feel at home and welcomed. Sometimes, if that name is unfamiliar, or from another culture, it takes time for staff to learn it. But being responsible for saying your own name over and over so that people say it correctly is exhausting.   20. When entering activities and saving them, add an automatic time stamp to see when they were saved. This will give a better overview of the morning, how long children worked on something or when something happened.
