  2. it would be very helpful to be able to search for a presentation/lesson on the Activity Page, even if I do not know the exact name of the lesson (but I do know the chapter of my album that it is in).

    Example: If present a lesson from the "Prelude to the Winds" subchapter in "The Work of Air" chapter in my Elementary Geography album, it would be fantastic if all of the lessons in the Work of Air chapter (Elementary Geography) would pop up when I type in #workofair. And it would be helpful if typing in #Prelude would…

  3. California requires legible signature of authorized person signing the children in and out. It would be good to be able to show them a daily report of the legible signatures of the people signing the children in and out. The report can then be automatically generated at the end of the day and automatically purged 30 days later. This will save us having to have a separate daily (paper )sign-in sheet.

  4. If admin could upload a photo to 'all classrooms' and then click @wholeschool, or something along those lines, they would be able to include a message that would reach all parents in their child's activity feed. This would be great for reminders, events, etc....

  5. the Bill neatly summarizes the number of students and charges for the various periods during the month, but does NOT give a subtotal for each campus. I have to break out the EXCEL each month just to enter/allocate my bill. PLEASE help - seems like an EASY fix

  6. When I change the academic session in one tab of the "Children" section of the site, I nearly always want the session to stay the same if I click on another tab within that section. It is fine if the session resets when I navigate away to a different section of the site, but it would make it a lot easier if I didn't have to change it every time I navigate to a different tab within a section.

  10. After several mishaps, it seems that the publish and edit button should not be next to each other. Perhaps Edit, Refresh Date, then Publish? Just a thought.

  11. I realize this is a HUGE undertaking, but my director recently found a different tracking prgram that provides video lessons for every Montessori activity. Transparent Classroom is FAR superior in the tracking area, but this feature would make it a one-stop shopping tool for the 21st Century Montessori studio!
    (Lessons can be played for older children as an introduction, and used as a reminder for guides before giving lessons when it has been a while.)

  12. We usually write our own reports for every child in Word or Pdf format. We couldn't attach them to the child's profile. It would be nice to have this function.

  13. We use Transparent Classroom for our Montessori High School. Our students plan with their teachers their week. We have given them access as "family member" as teachers upload pictures of their homework and tasks as observations. I know teachers could print the weekly plan but that would be a lot of paper and still not allow the student the freedom to adapt the planning during the week. It would be easier for our students to have access to the weekly plan online.

  14. It would be great if we could turn off the daily tracking e-mails for certain classrooms. For example at our school we do tracking for children all the way into Casa but would only like the share the information with the parents of the children in the infant room.

  16. In the Nido children eat only foods from home. It can be confusing to have so many meal options and they seem to assume a group meal, so we record all solids in "note". We would be able to use the meal features if they were individualized.

  17. It would be nice to record all meals in one section so that it is easy to see who has eaten recently (including bottles). Looking at the bottle section it can seem like a very long time without eating because solids are recorded elsewhere.

  20. When I am checking children in (marking all "P for the day), then going back to mark Absent/Sick/Vacation children, I have to UNCLICK "P" then CLICK what I actually want. It's twice the work and could be simplified to one button.
