organize comments and lessons given separately
When looking at the activity page for a student it is cumbersome to wade through every line to find any comments made about a student. It would be so helpful to have lessons separated from any comments about the child.

add a toggle to collapse/display contents of all groups on progress & plan page
I notice that in the past you made the headings in the P&P section collapsable — it would be nice if there were a toggle button to collapse/display everything in all the headings at once. I'm formatting my Lessons with following exercises and extensions all part of a group named after the main lesson, and this would be very helpful

Seperate Address Fields for City, State & Zip
It would be great if there were separate data fields for city, state and zip. Often times parents do not include that information when completing applications and filling out profile information.

Automatically reactivate a parent account during the admissions process
In the case of alumni families enrolling a younger sibling, it would be great if there was automatic reactivation of the parent account when the sibling is accepted and assigned to a classroom.

Enable function of edit/delete on the note section of attendance
It would be helpful to have the ability to edit a note or delete it all together in attendance.

remove hot links to lessons from photo tags in parent view.
I want to tag photos with lessons for my internal use, but don't want parents to be able to see the lesson page when they click the tag in the photo.

Make classrooms assignable to sessions--would like to only see current sessions of classrooms on the homepage, as well as be able to assign a classroom to a specific session

Show student address
Show student address on info page of student profile. Currently the only way I can find to access this/see it is to open a form that they've filled out.

We often learn through singing! I believe our parents would enjoy seeing a video of us singing as a group or learning at circle time.

We would love to create a new role with limited access
We would love to create a role where the persons has access to some of the administrative/office things(such as forms), but does not have access to the classrooms. For instance, we have a volunteer parent that helps create forms, newsletter, and other office jobs but should not have access to the classroom.

Invoicing parents
Hi,
I would like to be able to send invoices and recurrent invoice to parents with the month fee, workshops lateness pickup fee etc. right now I have to use an excel sheet and to everything manually. In the mean time, any recommendation about a good and easy to use software is welcome!

Note to All in Attendance
Hi there,
I'd really like a note to all feature in the attendance area. Sometimes swift messages like "please bring extra clothes" or "Remember we're closed on Monday" warrant a note, but not an email. People are email glazed out. I like to email IMPORTANT things. These are just notes, but sometimes to the entire class. THANKS!4 votes -

Ability to look-up/reference all the lessons given/observations entered on a specific date
Similar to the "under review" idea for being able to jump to a date instead of scrolling through. This idea is similar to being able to being able to see who all has received lessons on a particular material, or all the lessons a child has been given. This is just being able to view all the lessons entered on a specific date across materials and children. The purpose is for teachers to be able to get a snapshot of what a day looked like, what was going on that day, amount of lessons given and who lessons are given…

Total tally and staff sign in and out.
Heya! Veronica here! Is there a way you can add a staff sign in/ out section that's slightly different from the students. E.g. It's own tab section, or the ability to have them not have to enter their birthday or gender

Date/Time Stamp on applications
Because we do a first come/first served basis on most applications, it would be ideal to have a date and time stamp on the submission.
