Print emergency contacts and authorized adults for all children in a class
I would like to be able to print an emergency contact list for a whole class so that the information is readily available to teachers without having to look it up on a computer.

add more extensive report building and exporting options for Administration
While the report building options for conferences are great, from an administrative side, there is the need to generate different types of reports and export data. The ability to export detailed attendance data for all students at once for example. Or to create printable class lists that can be formatted with a logo, and different headers. Even adding the ability to add columns of information to a screen view before exporting would be awesome. We are looking forward to the classroom aspects of Transparent Classroom, and if the administrative side of things comes along, it could be a full-fledged school…

Enable docs to be uploaded into student portfolios
It would be helpful to have the capability to upload students' documents (writing, specifically) into their portfolios.

pop up if submit doesnt go trhough
We just noticed that a parent thought she had submitted the authorization form back in April, but she missed clicking one of the signature buttons that was required. When I practiced as a parent (on my own child), it puts up the red "This field is required" next to where the required items have been ignored, but I honestly think it isn't super clear that the form has not gone through and there is a problem (especially if the form is long, and the missed entry is at the top). Is there a way that a "pop up" can happen…

I would like to be able to have progress and comments from previous report terms (of the same year) show up on current report.
Have progress and comments for previous marking periods (of the same school year) show cumulatively. So by the end of the year progress and comments for the entire year are on one report.

Add 3rd party payment processing into applications and enrollment forms
I would like parents to pay application and enrollment fees when submitting an application or form. Other form builders like jotform, machform, etc allow payment processing integration from: paypal, square, stripe, etc. I tried adding a paypal "buy now" button into an application but could not get it to work properly.

Freeform signature in forms
In forms, there is a field called “signature”, that requires a click to sign.
Is there a way to have a field for freeform signatures, as used in attendance sign-ins?I need to create forms where both the parents and adolescents need to sign by hand (to agree to the new EU data usage policy, for example). And I’d like to avoid keeping them as paper forms.

Notification of Changes to Parent Contact Information
It is VERY important to us to have the most up-to-date contact information for our parents, and to be sure we update it in all our record-keeping systems. The Admin->Changes page is not easy to search or determine what specific change was made. I would like to have either an email notification to a school administrator, or some other easy way to see any time a parent makes changes to their phone number or email address.

aftercare
When the normal end of day hits the remaining children are in aftercare (some are scheduled some are as needed). It would be nice to have the attendance option to show students still signed in (instead of by classroom) so that the aftercare teacher can easily pull up the record for the parent to sign out.

It would be great for carline to be able to have One or Two ipads that the parents can signin/signout their child without using an administrator login. Perhaps a separate login for attendance only? Perhaps once logged in the different classrooms can show on different tabs to make it easier to get to the child quickly or perhaps an option for "All Classes".

Observation Page with comment boxes all on one page.
On the left main navigation bar (the black column), can you add an observation option that leads you to a page that has the names of all children with a comment box under each to jot down observations for that day. Like Montessori Compass. You don't have to click back and forth for each child. This is too labor intensive.

New user role: WelcomeDesk
Hi,
at our school, we have a student-led welcome desk. An upper elementary child tracks attendance of incoming children, receives phone calls and enters vacation/sick leave.
I want to give them a tablet and have them use TC directly.
What I need them to have:
- access to the “attendance” lists
- no access to anything elseThis isn't currently possible. I have investigated several options, the best I've found so far is to use a content blocker that blocks anything but this URL:

But it would of course be great if this was possible out of the box.

Immunization Annual Reporting
I would like to have the feature where you can see the entire school's immunization status in order to run a state report. It would also be helpful if the report could be downloaded. One of the state requirements asks us how many of each immunization is outstanding, so getting a quick total of missing MMR, etc. would also be great.

Need to name bottles, how many times a bottle was offered, and how many ounces consumed at each offering.
I would like to be able to name each bottle for the daily tracking (e.g. Bottle #1, Bottle #2, etc.) and be able to record how many ounces were consumed. That way, we can keep track of which bottle was offered, how many times it was offered, and how much was consumed at each offering. This feature is important for a Nido in the state of Minnesota because licensing requires that we expire bottles after one hour. IMMUNIZATION Annual Report
We are required to report number of children Complete, Conditional, Out of Compliance or Exempt by November 1 each year with WA DOH.
I have just started putting our vaccination records into TC after using Childcare Manager for many years. How can I print out the report in a useful manner? How can I select EXEMPT for any of the vaccines?
Since entering all the dates is a long process I want to use just one database to manage the info. And can parents update these records?
