replicate a curriclum in two classes.
Create Curriculum in Lessons and then dedicate where curriculum should able to be viewed. For example I use Saxon math for Upper El and Adolescent. Currently I have to create the same book in two classes and do so from scratch. It would be nice to build it once and then replicate it in another class.

Yearbook / Photobook hardcopy option
At my school we gave children a yearbook with lots of pictures, before TC. This served as a great convdrsation starter for referrals. But, pictures taken through the TC app do not save on my devise. Since you have all the pictures in your database, it probably would be simple for you to enter into a partnership with chatbooks.com to make a photobook for $10, or shutterfly. One of our parents works at. Chatbook.com and could probably help set something up.

create a system for tracking behavior and observations relating to behavior
Perhaps through meeting notes, or on the Activity page, create a system for tracking behavior. Perhaps along with each behavioral observation certain data could be entered so that trends can be more easily analyzed (time of day, location, possible motivation, classmates/adult involved, type of behavior). This data could then be linked to some sort of spreadsheet or other system that would help create a visual of the data.

Make the admins be able to view a particular day's activity as a summary of what has transpired.
I would want a day view for which we can view a particular day and everything that has transpired for that day as a review of particular school days in a given year. For those of us with access to multiple classrooms, this will be greatly appreciated.

Feature to limit access to teaching professionals observation notes, to allow assistants a login to assign accident reports to child
Currently only Lead Teaching Staff has access to Transparent Classroom due to the visibility of information we would like to limit the Assistants access to.
We are trying to go paperless with our Accident/Incident Report Processing.
The reason this process is remaining in paper form, is that our Assistants who primarily fill out these incident reports do not have a way to attach forms in TC without having limited access to Lead Teachers observational notes.

Tracking of Expiration Dates on Health Forms and the Ability to Send Notifications to Parents Prior to Health Form Expiration.
If you could add a feature to track when children's health forms are expiring and send an automatic notification to parents a month prior to expiration and also a week prior. It would also be helpful to have a way to view all children's health form expiration dates on one page for ease of access.

Make it possible to toggle ALL "Notes" in 'By Day' to be revealed, or hidden, with one click.
I often want to see ALL the notes, and I'd like a single button to make them seen (on the screen AND when printing). Right now I have to scroll through each day and click the icon for every note for them to be visible.

Choose whose "Portfolio" an observation will go into
When recording an observation that involves several children on the Activity Page, it's common that I only want the observation to be saved under 1 or 2 of the children. As it is now, it goes into the Portfolio of every child who is tagged. For example, I do want to record and tag that @Student was a bystander, but I don't need that to show up in their Porfolio; however, I want to record the @Instigator or @Solution-Creator AND have that appear in their Portfolio so parents & I can discuss it at conference, or so I can reference…

Allow administrators to view a student retention report.
Since we have been using TC for about 3 years now, it would be helpful to be able to pull up a student retention report to see how many students return year after year. This is helpful for consultants to see as well as when putting together various campaigns.

Planning for all students in a subject (math/ lang)
When planning I like to make sure I have math and language lessons for every child. It would be nice if there was an option to easily know who I overlooked. In another Record Keeping program I tried there was a feature that allowed you to see "unplanned" by subject area and I found it helpful.

Make "My planned" stick
When I look at the planning for the next week, I see "All planned" by default. In our scenario, this never really makes sense, since we always plan separately. Could you make "My planned" stick, if once selected?

Admin - Classroom Placement
Being able to breakdown within a classroom how many students per day for scheduling. I know you can see how many students are in a classroom total under "Children" and selecting the classroom but there should be a way to break it down per day.

In 'Design Conference Reports', have a 'Lesson List w/ Proficiencies in Area'
In the conference report, I need to be able to show selected areas of my lesson set, not the whole thing. I need it to look as structured as the 'Lesson List w/ Proficiencies' element. So I need the exact same presentation, but for one area only. ('Lessons in Area' has too little functionality).

bulk download old untagged photos for backup
Allow users to bulk download old photos so that they can be backed up and deleted in order to keep things better organized.

Ability to easily upload documents--from OTs, STs, Devopmental Psych Evals, etc.
We'd love to have a way to easily upload outside evaluations--from OTs, STs, Developmental Psych eval, etc. As children transition to the next level/new teacher, it would be nice to be able to access those documents from TC. We always have hard copies, but we don't generally want the child's folder to travel far, least it get lost. Having those important files in TC in a digital format would give the receiving teacher time to look through them at home or over the summer.

Highlights on Attendance Report
If possible, please highlight out-of-the-ordinary drop-off and pick-up times on the excel attendance report. For example, currently only the web view shows up in red when a student was late. It would be helpful to have that automatically marked somehow on the excel sheet as well.

Attendance Notifications
Add a notification for parents when they sign-in early or late or pick-up late. This would be helpful for reminding parents to arrive on time and let them know they may see additional charges on their invoice (if applicable).

Staff/Admin view only fields in forms
Many thanks for the updates to forms. We use an incident report and this is signed by the lead teacher, Director of Education and parents. It would be useful to have fields that only the staff/admin can view so we can add other children's names if the incident involved more than one child. This would also be useful in other forms and areas of the program.
