Only Followup Lessons
In Lesson Plan by Day, could you add a feature with the All planned drop-down for only Followup lessons? It would help me to see those lessons separately from other planned lessons.

add or change materials in the recent column
It would be so great if we could pick and choose the materials that show up under the lessons that the children have already been given that we need to observe and check. Your system just picks and chooses what goes into that category. I would like to choose those materials myself, just as we can with lessons we want to present.

Remind Parents of Missing Forms from their Child's Page
Allow a way to remind parents to fill out missing forms from a child's individual profile. Right now you have to go to all children and all forms to send out reminders

Form ownership and response flow
Right now, as an admin, every form response comes to me, even though I haven't created the form. It creates a block in communication. Can you look into attaching the response to the classroom email creating the form?

organizing the Profile and information so things are easy to find.
Hi
It would be wonderful if everything were displayed in the profile under the titles they are in, including photos.
For example, all comments and photos for practical life were grouped in Practical life, and sensorial was grouped under sensorial, language under language, etc., so the information is easy to find and the pictures make reports easier to write.

Practical life - all photos and comments
Sensorial - all comments and photos
Language - comments and photos etReports would be easy to write then.

Push Notification for Sign In and Out
If a child is marked present - send a push notification to parents to sign in and/or out. It is a state requirement to have a signature at drop off and pick up and the records here in Transparent Classroom are enough, but it can be difficult to get ahold of the parents in time to update the attendance.

Planning function without assigning children
Feedback on the Planning Function in Transparent Classroom
I have been missing a feature that would allow me to plan presentations for the coming weeks without having to decide in advance which students will participate in each presentation.
I find that Transparent Classroom works very well as a record-keeping and tracking tool, but I feel that it could be further developed as a planning tool.
In a Montessori environment, we often need to plan what we intend to present during the week without necessarily knowing which students will be ready for or receive that presentation. The decision is often made…

Absence statistics
I would like the program to aggregate absence statistics for all classes and the entire school on a monthly basis.

Add calendar to attendance
Attendance- Would it be possible to add a school holiday to the list of reasons present or absent, etc.? OR, Is it possible to add the school calendar to populate the attendance so we do not have to add the holidays each time? By chance I missed this feature could you give me a tutorial or explain how this works? Thank you!

Delete Old Untagged Photos En Masse
Please create a feature to be able to delete untagged photos en masse. Extremely frustrating to have hundreds of old photos and can only delete one by one.

Un-Assign Forms
I would like to be able to clean up for forms for children. If a form is unintentionally assigned I would like to be able to remove it.

All Staff Access to School Wide Headcount
All staff need to be able to see the Head Count for the whole school, not just admin.
1. In an emergency, all staff need access to the Head Count. It is a safety issue that this is not the default.
2. After school program staff need to be able to see who is present in school without redundant admin actions of marking attendance in multiple classrooms for the same child.7 votes -

School Setting to enable Remove From Directory
Want a school setting to enable removing student from directory. This can be done currently by going into each children to checkmark that setting. Schools want to hide children and parent information from other families.

Track communications
It would be great to have all emails sent through TC saved somewhere. For eample, I'm not sure who received their PIN information email- would be great to be able to confirm it has been sent.
