We need video uploads please!!
We would really love video uploading capability to be an added as a feature! This would be so great for short videos from specialty classes like music or school events that parents can't participate in.

Delete Old Untagged Photos En Masse
Please create a feature to be able to delete untagged photos en masse. Extremely frustrating to have hundreds of old photos and can only delete one by one.

Parents should be able to sign in multiple children with a single signature, instead of having to do one child at a time.

Un-Assign Forms
I would like to be able to clean up for forms for children. If a form is unintentionally assigned I would like to be able to remove it.

All Staff Access to School Wide Headcount
All staff need to be able to see the Head Count for the whole school, not just admin.
1. In an emergency, all staff need access to the Head Count. It is a safety issue that this is not the default.
2. After school program staff need to be able to see who is present in school without redundant admin actions of marking attendance in multiple classrooms for the same child.3 votes -
Printable work plans for elementary children
A weekly printable work plan for individual children once lessons are planned, so they can track their own lessons and follow up. We make these in excel each week and would really streamline our planning time if this feature existed.

School Setting to enable Remove From Directory
Want a school setting to enable removing student from directory. This can be done currently by going into each children to checkmark that setting. Schools want to hide children and parent information from other families.

Track communications
It would be great to have all emails sent through TC saved somewhere. For eample, I'm not sure who received their PIN information email- would be great to be able to confirm it has been sent.

2-factor authentification requirement option
2-factor authentificaion for parents and staff...if unable to provide that, have an option for admin to turn-off email/password sign-in and require users to sign-in with their google account/email so that schools can maintain 2-factor security through their email domain.

Attendance Date Range Selecting
It would be helpful if attendance could be checked in blocks, for example, a child is going on vacation for two weeks; ie. an ability to check that the child is on vacation for a date range, rather than manually selecting it each day that they are away.

Let Staff Toggle Between Sessions (past & future)
Let staff be able to look at other sessions (past and future), so they can update/get started on record keeping access parent directories for upcoming session.

Catechesis of the Good Shepherd
There is an offshoot of Montessori education called Catechesis of the Good Shepherd. It has separate lessons intended to teach religious concepts. I think it would be helpful to create an optional or separate Catechesis of the Good Shepherd record keeping page in order to keep records as well as communicate lessons with parents!

Next child button. The option to go to the next child in the same view would be amazing. Especially for forms.

Bulk select students leave date
option for automatically setting students to "left" from the Classroom Placement page. It is extremely tedious to enter last day dates, select no survey, select remove from directory, for 30+ students. I can't imagine for a bigger school.

is there a place to send you an email question?

provide a batch action on the directory of parents so I can select a group of inactive
Place the SAVE button at the top of the screen and a return to top at the bottom. I feel there is too much shuffling up and down to be sure I have saved an action on a file.
