Have an anecdotal observation log that is separate from the activity log
I like to use TC to record anecdotal observations, often about social-emotional behaviors or quotes from a child.
The problem is that when I record my lessons, the anecdotal observations get completely drowned in the the presentation posts!
For example, I might write "Tina spilled her milk on the floor, and Lisa offered to help and fetched her a towel without prompting."
But none of the other teachers (or myself later) will see this observation, because in the same day, there are 25 of:
"James was introduced to the timeline of life"
"James was introduced to the timeline of life"
"Tina was introduced to the timeline of life"
"Lisa was introduced to the timeline of life"
"Mary was introduced to the timeline of life"
"Sanya was introduced to the timeline of life"
"James was introduced to the timeline of life."
Can we please have a separate place for the anecdotal observations?

I agree with this! I also do general classroom observations and would like a space that is separate from the activities queue to record weekly classroom observations. The "activity" box is too small, and it does not feel right to have the observations be a lesson - that metaphor is off. Perhaps a space in the daily tracking area, alongside concentration and notes.

A current work around for this is to create an area in your lesson set called "Observations". You can add groups to the area, such as: Behavioral Observations, and Social and Emotional Observations, even Teacher Notes. These will then become #s you can use to tag those anecdotal notes on the Activity page. Even better, you can sort and view those notes by going to the "lesson" page for that #, or right clicking and selecting the ellipsis (...) on the progress and plan page.

This is a great idea! Additionally, my school would find it helpful to have the ability to sort those anecdotal notes by subject area and/or behavioral observations.

Also, this could be something like "teacher communication space" for classes (like my own) that have several teachers.
