  1. Attendance : include it on the individual conference report

    Hello,
    Could you integrate the absences , tardiness, etc...on each individual conference report ? We would like parents to see that on their child ´s report.

  2. Behavior management tracking system

    Hello,

    I am interested in learning what features you might have that would allow a school to track and report behavior actions. Not simply observational notes, but as a way to report and track behavior incidents.

  3. Export attendance information in format to show date, student, check-in time, check out time

    Would it be possible to export the attendance data formatted to see date, student, check-in time, check-out time vs student + 5 columns per date? This would help us automate our before & after care charges immensely.

  4. show introduced/practiced bubbles in the lesson plan section

    I like to flag lessons that I want kids to practice as well as new lessons I want to give. It would be nice to be able to see which works have already been introduced in the "lesson plan" section

  5. Sick children : smart filling attendance

    Once a child is reported sick on one given day (for ex in the morning class), can he be automatically announced sick to other classrooms during the same day (for example lunch/afternoon classes/after school activities) ? This will allow staff to know in advance they shall not look for the child who was absent earlier for sickness, and not to worry to find him.

  7. Time in the By Day calender - Progress & Plan

    We would like to have time (from 08:00 am - 14.00 pm) shown in the planning calender (every day). It makes it easier for us to plan and to have control over when students are availeble to the other teachers.

    I would like to see a birth year or child turns x at the classroom birthday calendar. If you could switch the view between pictures or spreadsheet and have an export button that would be also helpful.

    It would be great if you could create an export button for the graph and also allow a longer classroom name to be shown (right now it´s limited to 12 characters +numberKids ,otherwise bar description is blank in chart).

  16. Add App Integrations

    As Transparent Classroom is not a one-stop platform to manage the administrative task load of running a school, opening the software up to integrate with apps like project management tools (Asana, etc..) or integrations like Zapier would make overall management much easier and workflow more organized!     right now when you download the applications it downloads as a MESS, even when i try to import the file into excel it is crazy.

    can it be developed so that when we download it it comes up nice and clean?
