  2. Would it be possible to map a lesson to the standards from the lesson editor? This way, I wouldn't have to switch over to the Standards page to do the mapping when creating a new lesson.

  3. The PARENT SIGN IN PAGE allow a parent with multiple children, in different classes, to sign all siblings in or out on the same page at the same time.
    For example,
    The Jones have three children enrolled in three different classes. At drop off the parent can select one of the three children to sign in. The page that follows displays all three children, each with the option to "click" drop off. Signature is only required one time. If a child is not present, the parent does not "click" the drop off button and that child is not signed in…

  4. It would be enormously helpful if when teachers ran the Lesson Plan Reports for their classrooms, the report showed their Age and/or DOB alongside their name.

  6. Hi there,
    I would lie to suggest that you add a feature that would give the description of the curriculum area (i.e. Practical Life, Math etc) directly after the curriculum header on the conference report. This would give parents easy access to the goals/aims of the curriculum and save a lot of time for teachers to have to explain it when the question comes up (which it does come up frequently).   8. In SA we received unique student id's from our Education Department. In TC you can enter a student number which we populate with our education departments number. It would be nice to be able to pull that number through into conference reports

  9. Currently we can track student data through forms and it works great. Using the same fields for staff we can track required (health, training dates, first aid cpr dates, membership numbers, etc) Along with tracking teacher attendance it would save countless admin hours and reduce the number of databases we must have.

  10. This seems the only one screen that doesn't have a save button and it would be good to be able to save attendance as it is entered (and know it is saved).

  11. I would like a way to show if a student has a sibling in the same school when you pull up their profile. The picture companies always ask for a roster showing what kiddos need to have their photo taken with a sibling. It would be nice to be able to pull this up in a report somehow.

  12. I tend to use the lesson boxes for my lesson plans and then enter my lessons on the activity page. I do this because if I check the boxes from the lessons on the lesson page, it automatically inputs that the lesson was given that day and sometimes I'm recording lessons from previous days. Also, it transfers these lessons one by one, per student, so if I try to change the date, I will have to change for each individual child. So I like to input lessons as groups on the activity page. The only issue is that the lessons…

  17. It would be nice to have a calendar view that records the lessons from the previous week on the days that they were given, and you could click on it to see the children that were in the lesson. This would be essentially the same template as the "by day" lesson planning view, but ihe data wouldn't go away after the lesson had been presented.

  18. As an administrator, I love the Weekly Email Update. I would love it EVEN more if it included a graph of how many pictures each child in each classroom has been tagged in.

    I know teachers would also appreciate being able to see at a glance which of their families haven't had a picture shared with them recently so they don't have to track it manually.

    Whether it's in the weekly update email or a tab in Transparent Classroom, a way to track the number of pictures would be immensely helpful.
