allow more than one email address per form 'notification to school'
When a parent completes a form, we need more than just one staff member to be notified.For example, when a new family signs the enrollment contract, our Admissions Dept and our Business Office need to know immediately.

We also want to use the incident reports in TC, but would like completed notification to go to more than one person.

We need multiple email addresses per notification for the same reason. Enrollment contracts need to go to Director and to billing manager.
