Invoicing parents
Ina n effort to have all our internal admin processes running from one system, we desperately need a way to invoice parents from Transparent classroom. Or perhaps a way a track view what parents have signed up for as well as school fees and have us as well as them track their outstanding balances with the parent app sending automated reminders.

Optional Forms
Is there a place on TC where we can direct parents to for Optional Forms such as medication or sunscreen forms?
We don't want to assign the forms to all the parents, but we do want them to be able to go to a link where they can fill out these forms.

Add a feature that gives reason for form rejection
When a form is rejected for missing or incorrect information, it would be nice to be able to notify the parent of the specifics that need attention.

Before and aftercare billing/staff hour tracking
Unless I am missing these features already, it would be GREAT to have a feature where parents can sign in as they drop off and pick up their children and then they are automatically billed and it is easily transferred to an invoice. Also, a clock-in feature for staff that also calculates hours and time worked so that it can easily be sent to the payroll people. :)

School-Wide Directory
It would be great to have the option to make the parent directory school-wide (so that parents from different classrooms can find each other's contact information). I saw someone else requested this and you said some school's want the opposite, so maybe you could make it an option.

Way to organize list of forms on admin side/form template screen
I would love a way to organize the forms I have created from the admin side! I have so many and the only way I can keep track of which are current, etc., is to have my own separate list.

Archiving completed forms or grouping them
I would love to be able to remove old forms from a parents' view without deleting them. I'm trying to avoid confusing them and clogging up the records they see with things they don't need (old forms) but things we need a history of (the same old forms).
Or if parents could still see the old forms, but they could somehow be labeled/grouped as being from a particular school year (or summer) that would be helpful.

Lesson Plan with check boxes categorising and showing how to efficiently cover the curriculum by day, month, term
Apart from following the children and what is already a feature, is it possible to please have what can be done within the term, by the month and the day so as a new and lone Montessorian with limited support my frustration can be lesson, I have been trying relentlessly and have been failing at it. May this be a feature so that I can match against keeping me on track whereby I can efficiently carry out the curriculum and able to give the children a complete experience of the curriculum all still in keeping with observation and following them.…

ADD to Daily Tracking behaviors
I think it would be great if we could customize the daily tracking. For example, if we are trying to give fact based feedback to parents of children with disruptive behavior, it is helpful to be able to timestamp or track these behaviors in the same way we track concentration, etc. For example, if a child repeatedly interrupts lessons, blurts out, or takes peers off task, we would like to be able to track those behaviors daily and give parents this fact based feedback. We would love to have the ability to have teachers be able to have sign up sheets for things (i.e. snacks, filed trips, etc.)

Hide absent children from daily tracking screen.
This would make it easier to see the logistics of individualized schedules.

secure pick up and drop off code for each adult
When an adult signs a child in or out: 1- click on childs photo 2- enter an assigned code (specific to each adult) 3-next screen would verify name of adult and populate a photo of adult (for staff to verify if necessary) and a signiture line.

Add automatic tardy/absence
We would love to see a feature that add automatically Tardy when a child is signed in after a specific time where he should be at school.
So for our school, children arrive between 8:45-9am. If a parent drop off his/her child at 9:15am then it should automatically be noted as Tardy.
This would definitely save a lot of our daily time.
And it would be the same for a child that haven't been signed in during the school hours. At the end of the school day, children should be automatically registered as Absent.5 votes -
Hide Children in the Classroom Placement Screen
We have quite a few children that have left the school. We would like the option to hide them in the Classroom Placement screen so we don't have to scroll through so many names.

Have an area for us to track teacher attendance. This will help us know where teachers are getting close to their number of sick days, etc.

Batch printing of conference reports separated by child
I love that we can now batch print. It would be helpful if after one report finishes that the next report does not begin on the back of that page. Our previous system left a page in between. We batch print to file in individual student files as mandated by our Ministry of Education.

Add subtotals by location to monthly billing
In order for me to allocate your bill among my several campuses, i have to literally add up all of the weekly charges for each campus. There is a grand total, but I also need subtotals. Please
