This information should be private, just the administration office must to have access to parents personal info.

Parent sign in only have one option...either Drop Off or Pick Up
This was suggested in 2017...Parents often select the wrong button when signing a child in or out. Instead of having two buttons it would be nice if there was just one button which would say "Drop Off" when the child is not present and "Pick Up" if the child has already been dropped off.
In my state parents must sign their child into the classroom. Since parent sign in is the only record we can use for attendance we consistently have to check attendance for parent errors.

3 sides of a triangle rather I, P, M
1 side of a triangle for introduced/presented
2 sides of a triangle for practised
3 sides of a triangle (a completed triangle for master's)It would also be nice if we could customize these buttons in terms of colours and letters or symbols (as mnetioned above)

Untagged photos should show in all groups
Sometimes the teachers from other classrooms take pictures and upload them. Teachers from other classrooms cannot see or tag them.

Report of Daily Tracking
Hi there,
We would love to have a report generated each day that keeps track of each Childs daily tracking we can view. It seems that right now it just gets sent to parents and we need a record of it all here too.

'Practiced' tally
Hi!
I'm wondering if there is a function already where guides can track students continual practice of a concept/ material. For instance, having a tally every time the guide clicks 'practiced'.Also, are there recommendations for how interventionists can input what they are working on with students?

Allow activity groups for scheduling and notes and photos.
When we have a group that is going out for Soccer 1 and Soccer 2 we would like to group them for scheduling.
When we have a group going to the theatre on Tuesday or Thursday we would like to group them for transitions.
This needs to be separate from the classroom designation so it does not involve a currriculum set.1 vote -
Children in Current Session in Classroom Placement List.
I would like to be able to select a group based on the session. Then I could review and edit children in the current session and print a limited set.
Also would like to make a chart of the duration of attendance for all current children.
Now I just go look at each session in the Children page to see who was attending last year and the year before. This is relevant for the progression of children from 1st year - 2nd year - 3rd year...1 vote -

Map standards from lesson editor
Would it be possible to map a lesson to the standards from the lesson editor? This way, I wouldn't have to switch over to the Standards page to do the mapping when creating a new lesson.

sign in and sign out siblings at same time
The PARENT SIGN IN PAGE allow a parent with multiple children, in different classes, to sign all siblings in or out on the same page at the same time.
For example,
The Jones have three children enrolled in three different classes. At drop off the parent can select one of the three children to sign in. The page that follows displays all three children, each with the option to "click" drop off. Signature is only required one time. If a child is not present, the parent does not "click" the drop off button and that child is not signed in…5 votes -
Show Ages/Birthdates on Report for Lesson Plan
It would be enormously helpful if when teachers ran the Lesson Plan Reports for their classrooms, the report showed their Age and/or DOB alongside their name.

Add description of the curriculum area (i.e. Practical Life, Math) on conference report
Hi there,
I would lie to suggest that you add a feature that would give the description of the curriculum area (i.e. Practical Life, Math etc) directly after the curriculum header on the conference report. This would give parents easy access to the goals/aims of the curriculum and save a lot of time for teachers to have to explain it when the question comes up (which it does come up frequently). Many thanks!1 vote
