Print photo/activity page in PDF
There should be an easy and efficient way to print a summary page of children's photos (anecdotes included if possible). At the moment when printing through the browser it looks very messy, spills off the page, and doesn't use the space properly, i.e. not in two columns. There could be an option for how many photos/anecdotes per page (i.e. 4-8).
We would put these into the children's hard copy Portfolios as a record of their learning.3 votes -
Add sessions tab to the announcement feature
It would be nice if there were a drop down menu in the announcements page so we could choose a session. Most schools send out quiet a few announcements to parents prior to the school year starting. Thank you.

Tracking families beginning from Inquiry
TC seems to only work from the application stage onward. But for admissions, there is a lot that happens prior to a parent submitting an application. The initial inquiry and the contacts that happen after and the step of attending a tour are all pieces we need to track prior to the application. It doesn't seem like there is a way to track this in TC. If there is let me know, but TC doesn't seem to do all I need from an admissions standpoint.

Attendance restriction to business hours only
Currently students are able to sign in/out on days and times that the school is not opened. I am requesting a restriction for days/times when the dropoff and pickup functionality is active. For example: M-F from 7:00a - 5:30p are our business hours. It would be nice to only allow dropoff/pickup during these days/times.

Functionality of Classroom Placement for Future Sesssions
The Classroom Placement page is not useful as you have it currently set up. When I pull up the 2020-21 school year, all the children enrolled in that session should show up. Instead, only returning students are showing up. This means that in order to move children around from one class to another as we try to figure out placements, we have to go into the Children list, open each individual child and edit. Then go back to the Children list and do the same thing for each additional child. Then to see how those changes impact the classes, we…

Reports for meal tracking
We have to track student meals for the USDA so that we can get reimbursed for meals provided. It would be immensely helpful for us to have a report for that similar to attendance reports. Thanks!

COVID questions connected to parent sign in
Is it possible to get the COVID screening questions to pop up under the parent sign in as well as the attendance tab? We are a licensed center and a signature is required. It would be one less step to do screening and parent signature at the same time. Thanks for the consideration.

main email/contact to allow for better surveys of families
Something that has always been needed but really really noticed due to covid and the desire to get feedback from families. Often want to send survey's home via email. Only want to send to one person per child/family. Perhaps by designating a "main" contact? Surveys are very skewed when both parents answer. thanks!

Expand Daily trackers to be customizable by levels
Daily Tracker (beyond toddlers) for Primary, Lower Level, and Upper Level related to behaviors. Would be awesome to customize trackers by levels!

Customizable Child Profile
Is it possible in the drop-down menu in attendance to list "All Classrooms" or "All Children" to help streamline the screening process during AM carpool instead of having to select a classroom and then find the child?

The ability to sync Outlook calendar
Thanks for an amazing tool! We use the outlook calendar at our school (since we are using Microsoft Teams for all internal communications). I see that there is an option to add Google Calendar to Transparent Classroom. I would love to be able to add the Microsoft Outlook calendar so that we don't have to use two different calendars. Thanks!
