Inquiry to Enrollment Management System
It would be great if your system had a way of tracking inquiries. We are taking advantage of most of your features (application, enrollment forms, attendance, etc.) so it doesn't make sense for us to invest in a separate system just for tracking inquiries, but the Excel spreadsheet method of tracking inquiries is tedious and difficult to manage. It seems you could easily add an Inquiry tab in the Admin section and include features such as automatic responses, tracking of progress through the process, follow-up reminders, etc. Thanks for considering!

Show child progress over Standards Sets
Except for US and Australian national curriculums (standards) all the rest of the countries do not recognise Montessori curriculum as standard and we all need to link Montessori to our standards. Our respective inspectors are expecting to see children progress in "national curriculum" format, and not in Montessori ones and this implies an extra effort of teachers to update. Given this reason, and considering Transparent Classroom has already developed the mapping of "Montessori lessons and Standards", we would really appreciate to go one step forward and to replicate your current "Progress & Plan" but with the Standard (national curriculum). COVID-19 PARENT CHECKLIST
In the era of COVID-19, we are required to ask certain questions and take temperatures of children before in-person teaching. Is there a way that a simple, bulleted checklist of questions and the temperature check (from Daily Tracking) can be incorporated together with the Parent Sign-in or something similar so that faculty/staff can quickly and efficiently ask the questions and take the temperatures of children in the morning during carpool?

Materials linked to lessons/inventory feature
For many of the lessons there are specific materials that go with them. I suggest having a materials section that goes with each lesson. This can be a specific physical manipulative (such as the color palett box) as well as a link to a website/video/pdf for older students or students doing virtual learning due to Covid. Data from this feature could also be linked to an inventory list that can be used among staff/admin to keep track of where certain materials are on campus. Morning Note from Parents
Providing a notes section for parents to give info about the child’s day/morning prior to arriving at school. For example:
Time of wake up—
Time of last meal—
Time of last diaper change—
Estimated time of departure—
Medications at school? At home?We do this on small sheets of paper, but it would be so nice to go paperless all together! :)

possibility to choose a red flag, for urgent lessons
when we use the small flag to check what is to be presented, I would like to be able to choose a color of flag to differentiate what is important and "urgent" from what is less urgent although the child is ready. It would be great to find in the lesson plan : either all the presentations possible with all the boxes ticked by a flag, or (that's what interests me) only the red flags of the most important presentations.

Request for Toddler Quick Click Features
I am a toddler teacher, I would love to have a feature where I can items parents need to replace with a quantity arrow up and down or with a place to write the number. Within this feature it would be great to have these items: shirt (long sleeved), shirt (short sleeved), pants, shorts, socks, underwear, pull-ups, wipes.
It would also be great to have an area that can be checked off for what the teachers provide children (like medicine or diaper cream per parents request/permission).

Daily Health Tracking
Hi! The daily temperature tracker is great! Truthfully, we have other screening questions and tried to create a form, but we can't easily use forms for daily use, they tend to have more "one off" applications. Would it be possible to either add more daily health tracking items or make forms for your own tracking needs?

Removing a Reply To Email Address from the Published Progress Report Template
Hi, I am wondering if there is a way to change the 'reply' email address from the email that is delivered to parents when you hit 'Publish' Ours says our school's name but then the 'Reply To' is the person who designed the reports. Is there a way to delete this?

Planning also from the Observation activity box
Is it possible to plan straight away from the observation box? I think it will be easier to add follow up steps or next steps on the observation box too.

Planning from the child's progress page
Planning next steps from the child's progress page.
When on the child's progress page, it is possible to see the child's planned activities and achievement but could it possible to add a 'plan' button that when you click on the activity together with the activity description appears there to plan that specific task for that specific child? Hope it makes sense.

Add Nickname field
Add a Nickname field. For reports, the formal name can be used, for daily use and navigation in the differenat areas, the nicknames would be better. Or as an option, give teachers the choice whether to use nicknames or formal names in reports, and in each area of Transparante Classroom.

Notifications when important information is updated
I'd like for classroom teachers to receive notifications when a student's approved adult information is updated or when their allergy information is updated.

Bulk PDF Downloads for Conference Reports
Hello! I was just emailing with Izzy, wouldn't it be great if we could bulk download conference reports, so we could print (or print as PDFs to email) and distribute as necessary?

New Students who are incoming shown on Classroom Placement Page
For the classroom placement page, please make all incoming students available there as well. If we have a student who isn't scheduled to start until August and I want to move them between classrooms as I am trying to balance the classes, I have to search for them outside of this classroom placement page.

Would you be able to offer the option of downloading pictures by school year, rather than calendar year? Or could you offer the option of downloading pictures by narrowing the dates that are wanted?
