  1. Is there a way to create a classroom-specific resources page for teachers to drop things int and for parents to access and possibly print? That way we are not always bombarding their email but they have one spot they can go back to on their own.

  2. In conference reports, I'd like to be able to generate a report that shows progress from Fall to Spring - so where there is a column of works that have been Introduced/Practiced/Mastered, etc., from Fall - RIGHT NEXT TO THAT COLUMN I'd like to be able to insert the same info for Spring

  3. When looking at a report for Attendance for a longer period of time when the show days box is checked, have the names of the students move along with the grid as it does for the Progress and Plan when you scroll down from the top of one subject area to the bottom.

  4. We would like to have a report built that would generate the parent usage of the app detailing what pages/documents they are accessing as well as times they are using the app so that we can analyze the functionality of the app for our school's communication needs. This is especially important during the closure due to COVID19 and we navigate online learning

  5. Due to COVID-19 we need to mark students as off school as we are closed for at least a month, can we have a bulk marking tool, this would be handy anyway. And for normal school operation being able to enter school terms and holidays would free up essential time.

  10. Would you please allow for selecting/deselecting the areas to be printed on the lesson reference sheet?

    We have Songs as a distinct area. When printing the reference sheet to share with my assistant, it is made much longer by the songs being listed. I would prefer to keep tracking songs, and be able to disclude them when creating a reference sheet for sharing. It would make the reference sheet much more useful and save paper.

  11. Our toddlers' daily tracking activities are the same time every day. Is there a way that we can program AM snack, PM snack and toileting times, to be coded as the same time each day? This way, we would spend much less time recording daily tracking activities because we wouldn't have to enter specific times in. This feature, if editable by the Admin/Lead Teacher, could be per classroom and set up at the beginning of the school year. It would save us so much time! Please let us know your thoughts.   14. From currently enrolled families, can there be a way to either auto accept ( preferred ) or single click accept the forms. Having to open, accept and save hundreds of forms is extremely time consuming. If you only had to look at the forms that were missing information and approve, that would save a lot of time especially when there are 100+ students.

PLEASE set up a Mailing list for parents eg all parents from one class; I know you have the feature with chosing parents or Children and then Opening Outlook or Gmail, but for our daily Routine it is one of the most important Things that we get mailing lists within the System or at least with an easier System that works for many parents, too (not copy paste in Outlook....) thank you sooo much, if you make this work!

  16. I would love to have more options of organizing lesson plans. It would be awesome to be able to upload an attachment with a different format from that given. In other words I would like to break down the material further that what is provided and it's hard to do so because of the minimal options offered. d

  17. It would be helpful to have the option of online including proficient areas on the conference report. This would be a widget that would be available to drag and drop similar to the tiles that say "lesson list with proficiencies" and "Lessons in areas".

  19. I print my lessons out each day so students can arrive and see the time and name of their lessons. This helps them plan their time. In upper el, this is a critical part of their time management for me.
    I use Excel to do this now, with the same info as your LPs but I want to print the day's lessons, not the whole week.
    The days change based on many factors, and I also don't need the students to see plans that will change, just the day's lessons.

  20. Add a Calendar to add dates, projects, other items that a teacher tracks. That way we can have it aligned with our record keeping and lessons.
