Normal Hours populated from Forms
I would like to add a field when designing a form that "Goes To" the Normal Hours for children. In our enrollment agreement form, parents choose half day, school day, after care, etc. It would be helpful if data from that form field would Go To the "Normal Hours" for a child. So if a parent just chose "School Day" the hours for the child in TC would be 8am-3pm. If they selected "School Day and After Care", the house would be 8am-6pm, etc.

Allow the standards that a school uploads to have a privacy setting
We're thinking of having someone work on the standards for our regions Early Years Curriculum Framework however this will be at a significant cost to us and are hesitant to upload the work based on this. If the standards could be locked for use only by the uploading school, it would take away this concern. If Transparent classroom wasn't keen on this thought, it could be for a year. Or two years.

Enrollment Date widget & summary transferred to newly generated reports
Have the enrollment date and summary transferred over to newly generated reports from previous reports along with the previous information from the former report. This way, I do not have to cut and paste these in with the rest of the information that was already transferred. This is time consuming.

Have a screen to quickly mark tagged photos as public
My assistant is typically the one to tag uploaded photos each day. She marks the activity “private” so that I can review the entry before making it viewable by parents. Currently it is incredibly time consuming to go back through and click each photo, click edit, uncheck the “private” box, and press save. It would be so helpful to be able to accomplish the same thing with a single click and with photos all shown in a row.

form notifications
It would be nice to be able to create several form request notifications so that the notification language can be made specific for instructons/info of a particular form.

Add an "Are You Sure You Want to Publish" pop-up in the Conference Reports Feature
When writing in the conference reports - it seems pretty easy to mistakenly click on the Publish Button rather than the Edit button. Since the parents immediately get an email and link to see the conference report, it would be great if the Publish button was a two step process - so that you wouldn't mistakenly Publish the report when it's not ready.

Language option for cellphone app
As we already have language option for web page, we should have same option on app. I believe parents would use the cellphone app more often. it will be more convenient.

highlight new lessons
As an administrator, it is helpful to look at the lesson plans in the weekly planning section to see which lessons have been given and then which have been planned coming up. As it works now, there is no way for me to tell what the actual changes are from week to week. For example, if a teacher has made no changes to lesson plans in a month, it would still appear as if recent lessons were delivered and planned. I suggest we add a feature admins could click on which would highlight which lessons were new in the planned…

Develop a report that shows which students have mastered certain concepts by grade.
As a school, we have developed benchmark targets for each each grade by marking period. For example, our first years have 4 math benchmarks throughout the year, one for each marking period. Teachers enter data (introduced, practicing, etc) for each child, but there is no easy way for us to look at how many of our first year students are meeting the benchmark at the end of each marking period. We can look at the data in progress and plan, however that is organized by class and since our classes are multi-age that is not helpful.
Thanks!

add a place to attach weekly lesson plans
As a public school it would be great to create a daily/weekly lesson plan where we can input/add other areas/subjects we plan along with the Montessori lessons. We currently use transparent classroom to plan and record Montessori lessons but have to use another form to create/submit lesson plans for (Guided Reading)

Behavior management tracking system
Hello,
I am interested in learning what features you might have that would allow a school to track and report behavior actions. Not simply observational notes, but as a way to report and track behavior incidents.

Export attendance information in format to show date, student, check-in time, check out time
Would it be possible to export the attendance data formatted to see date, student, check-in time, check-out time vs student + 5 columns per date? This would help us automate our before & after care charges immensely.

Sick children : smart filling attendance
Once a child is reported sick on one given day (for ex in the morning class), can he be automatically announced sick to other classrooms during the same day (for example lunch/afternoon classes/after school activities) ? This will allow staff to know in advance they shall not look for the child who was absent earlier for sickness, and not to worry to find him.
