Parent Dropoff PIN Report
Be able to pull all parent dropoff PINs into a report, preferably an excel or .csv format. It could even just be a column added to the file you receive when you click the "Download" button on the Parent Directory page.

Icon for IEP/504/Gifted EP
Hi - We are a public Montessori school. Would it be possible to build a feature with an icon near a child’s name that shows whether or not they have an IEP/504/Gifted EP and/or health care plan? Thanks!

Offer default order of newest applications at top of list
When sorting and considering the new applications I want the column to stay in the order of newest first. It currently always resets to oldest first.

Applications blocked for current session
The online application offers the current session as well as the future sessions - we are full this year and limited next year so I would like to block the current session and summer session from applications.

PIN numbers for authorized adults
A PIN number for authorized adults to do distant drop off so that the school can keep track of exactly who is picking up and dropping off a student. One time use PIN numbers also for Emergency pick ups

Download Individual Photos
I'd love to be able to download selected photos, or photos that have been saved to the favorites tab! Having to download thousands of photos to then comb through is quite time consuming and takes up storage space that I don't necessarily have.

transport attendance
We now have to keep attendance records related to transportation- when the child gets on and off the bus or other form of transport. I am wondering if there could be an addition to the software to make it easy for me to select the children who are attending that day and indicate on and off transport

Archive a child's porftolio and timeline with each school year. keep the older information accessiblem but don't show it by default through the infini scroll.

For the Primary recordkeeping, a place for anecdotal observations to build up a portfolio for an individual child. It is available for elementary, but not primary.

Preferred name field for Parents/guardians and Children
A preferred name field for parents and children.
We have many parents who have dual names and use one for everyday interactions but the other is their legal name used for billing and reports. School reports need to have the child's legal name on them but they may go by another name in their. I have 20 parents who have a preferred name and a similar number of students.1 vote -

Importing Form Responses, the Middle name should be part of the name in the csv file.

Pencil grip illustration
Making a note about a child's pencil grip without a visual discription can be difficult. If there were and option to select which pencil grip a child is currently on with a description of what which age group the grip would fall under.

Way to record the works students do alongside the lessons the guide gives
Ability to record works/projects for individual students or groups of students -- giving a lesson is only part of the learning; much of the learning is in the works that students do, and this varies between students. A "works" record could have a title, brief description of the work, and start and completion dates. It would also be nice to have a way to add anecdotal notes for individual students, and a way to connect the work to the relevant lesson/topic.

Quick tagging
just as you have # @ as a button to push when tagging, I would like to see the key words (introduced, practicing, mastered) as a push button to make it quicker when typing.
