Update of conference report
Hello, I would like to request the option that children information from the precedent year can automatically be updated to the new year because in order to track the Childs evolution you can use the previous template to use the coressponding and work around it. It also helps that it makes less work for the teachers.

lesson names need to include key words for materials
Naming lessons!
Often, the name of a material is ONLY in the group, then the lesson name is "introduction." or "introduction to a timeline." This makes it VERY difficult to search for lessons in planning or tagging. Now that any lessons created by you are uneditable, there's no way to fix that.1 vote -

Assigning a classroom teacher to an accident report in the event that another adult submits the report
We have created a behavior/accident report that we can assign to a child and the parent electronically views it and signs it. Is there a way to assign a teacher to also receive the alert. In the event that an incident happens at recess and another adult fills out the accident report the classroom teacher may not be aware of what happened. It would be super helpful if more than one internal person gets the alert that a report was sent home.

Add date range to Child Lessons by Area report
In the report "Child Lessons by Area" you should be able to query for specific dates. The current report only provides the last month. This report is only partially helpful. I need to see longer periods of time.

Planned Lessons by Area and Child
I use the Lesson Plan by Day for elementary class. What I need to see:
Lessons planned by Area. For example, all math lessons grouped together.
A report that shows number of lessons planned by area and child. This is important because I need to know how many lessons are planned by area and child. I know there is reporting on completed lessons by area but this is after the fact. I need to know this information for the week I am planning.

Assigning time and teacher to lessons in Lesson Plan (By Day)
I miss more features in Lesson Plan (By Day). It would be great if you could add the possibility of assigning each lesson to a specific time and teacher. In that way, my team would have everything we need to plan for the upcoming week. Let’s say I planned all my lessons and my colleague wanted to plan his. If he tried to add a lesson at the same time as one of mine and a child were planned to be part of both lessons, we would get an error-message.

Profile Info
- In the Profile, a section to select the person's desired pronouns in addition to sex/gender. This is relevant at our school for a number of students, parents, and staff members. In many cases, especially for the children, their biological sex is required information but the child's pronouns my be different.
- Also in the profile, an option to indicate that permission forms have been signed. we currently use the notes section to say which students may use school-provided sunscreen, get school lunch, go on field trips, or who has signed the photo waiver, but our notes section is getting cluttered up…

Customization of downloadable fields from our emergency forms "place of employment", etc.
It would be great to be able to customize the fields that are downloadable from our childrens' emergency forms. For instance, we'd like to be able to generate a spreadsheet showing parents' place of employment / job title / occupation, etc.
