  1. Hello, it would have been helpful if one could get conference reports saved in various industry standard formats, such as RTF, MS Word, InDesign, XML, ePUB etc. The print-ready output one gets in the browser is not very practical if one wishes to apply one's own report style, such as choice of fonts, size of headings etc.

  2. Is it possible to have a setting so that staff can be Non-Teaching Staff and have access to the registers for certain classrooms and appear to parents, but not to change any of the lesson details or view parent details.

Hello, I would like the "Reason for leaving" to be an option in the drop-down list on the right in the list of children (where you have "notes, birthdate, parents, etc") because I would like to print the list of children who left and displaying the reason for leaving. It's too cumbersome to have to fill in an exit survey for each parent.

  4. Hello! I was wondering if you can add a feature where we can add in food and then after go back and edit it to add how much the child ate? Each time I tried to do that, I would have to delete the item and start over again which is not very efficient. It is much more efficient if I can add what food the child had after planting the food and then edit it after they ate to put how much they had. (None, some, most, all keys)

  5. For the infant bottle incriminate, add a drop down to include ml. We are seeing international bottles using the metric system. This will make it easier to track and record the proper milk consumption. Thank you.

  8. Please create a second application feature for scholarships. This is a form that parents need to be able to submit at the beginning of the application process to know whether they will be able to afford our school or not. This is not something that can wait to be sent to them after they have been accepted.

  13. Hi! We are hoping you could add an alert function to the weekly activity reports. Parents update contact info, addresses etc. in TC but don't let the school know. If we get an alert from TC, or it is included in the activity report, we know to update it in other areas such as accounting. This would save a great deal of admin time, cross checking and having multiple information for students.

  15. Is it possible to set up the Application form in a way that parents only have to submit one form per family? While I appreciate the easy integration within TC of being able to easily onboard children who apply and enroll them in classrooms, our program has many families enrolling multiple children (up to 4) and to have them submit 1 application for each child is a bit burdensome. Our old registration had the convenience of allowing me to set up certain parts of the form to be easily multiplied once the parent indicated how many children they wished to…

  16. As a school we would like to keep the child's information (including our notes) on their page. However, there are no spaces to keep 'notes' that we can easily access currently. We would appreciate it if you could create a new tab where the faculty can keep notes on the child and not have to go find the notes in the future.

  18. The progress page could have an option to hide all lessons that the child has already been introduced, practiced, or mastered. It would be nice to filter those out.

    Sometimes, I ONLY want to see what they haven't had a lesson on. Other times, I ONLY want to see what they've practiced but haven't mastered yet.
