  1. It would be awesome if I could quickly add presentations or observations with the # and @ from the activity page to see it then recorded into the child's boxes on the lesson page. It would be also great if I could date the child boxes weekly. Thank you!

  2. In mexico both father and mother surnames are used. Seems basic for field related to name have the option for both surnames (child, parent, personal, etc)

  4. Instead of a start and stop on nap, I would much prefer a button that says weather they napped or not and then the option to input how long. I don’t carrry the iPad all day long nor do I want the kids to see me constantly on it, so when I sit and log it in, this way would be easier for me.

  5. It would be nice to have a feature on the Lesson Plan page that somehow indicates when you have a certain child planned for multiple lessons in one day (for example, if you already have one lesson planned for a child on a given day and add them to another lesson for the same day, their name would turn another color. Maybe there are two colors: one for when they are in one other lesson, one for when they are in two or more other lessons on that same day).

  6. I would like the same view in the planning sections such as the by day, week, child boxes views, but for lessons already given in that particular week rather than just lessons planned.

  7. This would allow parents to submit new names with appropriate numbers etc and add to that form without administration needing to go in to TC to make the change for them.

  8. Our parents are our teacher assistants. When on duty, we'd like them to sign in and out and have limited access to complete reports for injury and what not. We'd like to see an additional category for teacher aid, with limited access but need to be able to add the parents without having them access each other's child confidential information.

  9. Our school runs through 8th grade. These students receive percentage grades. Are you considering adding a gradebook feature for older students? We use the Betsy Coe curriculum for Montessori Middle School (if that gives you any insight).

  10. The menu can be seen by parents so that they can plan ahead if they need to send extra food the child eats for the day, but it also simplifies the teachers' job by simply choosing some, most or all for daily tracking instead of describing the food first.

  11. When someone adds a phone number to a form, it would be very helpful to have hyphens automatically entered. Most of our parents have not entered the hyphens and so the phone number is just a long string of numbers.

  12. Track how many times children are tagged. Parents can be concerned if their child is not tagged in enough photos or if one child is tagged in many different photos while another is only tagged in a couple. It would be very helpful to have a report of which children are tagged and how many times so that we can make sure all children are represented equally!

  15. I need to count the attendance of children in special lesson like a yoga class over a period of time. And maybe print a record or export table. You've suggested to create a separate area for the lesson and than use reports by area. This way I can only see four weeks period and can not export the data. Thank you very much for considering!

  16. I love having a group to make lesson plans for, and it would be easier to use the groups if the system could automatically only choose children in the group that attend school on that day of the week.

  17. Is there a way for inactive forms to be labeled invalid or a pop up saying "this event has past" or "expired" or something like that or for the form not come through?

    I get forms submitted after changing the name and marking it inactive! even from previous years! 🙄

  19. We need to track sunblock application per DCFS, a button under tracking we can just tap and a way to view a report would be very helpful.

  20. It would be helpful to have the attendance page not be active on days that we have no school. For example: holidays, field trips, weather closures and facility closures. This way the attendance report accurately reflects attendance.

    We can show the days to the parents in our Google calendar; however, the attendance feature is not tied to the calendar.
