Customized Daily Tracking
I want to be able to track other things - like when we put on sunscreen or bug spray, lotion or diaper cream. I should be able to create a tracking topic of my choice and the options it has. Daily health checks would be a good option. I want to CUSTOMIZE my daily tracking as I see fit for my school. This feature is VITAL for our school.

Form notification sent to multiple people
Our schools use forms for reporting incidents and minor injuries.
I would like a notification to go to the parent, the child's teacher, and the head of the school. For injuries we want anyone that may have to respond to a parents concerns to be in the know.
I would like the ability to set this in each form.

Allow progress reports to continue to pull/update a record of student lessons even after the report has been generated.
This would allow teachers to begin writing report comments before the end of the year when students still have weeks of learning to report on.

Form Folders
Create form folders - each year produces a packet of forms for each child, and so for children who have been at the school for more than one year, their form list is very long and it's hard to find what you need. It would be great to be able to create form folders for storage (and which admin could label by year, by topic, etc.).

A great feature would be the ability to enter our school calendar so that we can see when a day is closed when taking attendance. or if weekends were shown as not school days on attendance.

Edit Planned Lessons from Lesson Plan / Child Boxes page
It would be great if teachers could remove lessons from the child planned lessons boxes on the Lesson Plan / Child Boxes page without having to go into Progress & Plan or the By Day window.

Easy edit of "notes" in attendance tab
This request to have the "X" feature next to our notes on the attendance page to where you can delete or edit your note, instead of having to do the multiple steps that are provided (which I would of not known unless I called = not convenient)

Add Option to EDIT Application Date
We would like to be able to manually enter older applications into the wait pool and sort them by submission date. Currently there is no way to edit the date application was submitted so the waitlist feature only works for new applications. Please add a possibility to manually edit submission date.

Admin only lesson editing
"Administrator only" role in lesson editing. I know for smaller and/or private schools, it probably would remain that teachers update their own lesson sets individually. But, in a public charter like us, it is very important for school/state accountability that we are all using the exact same lesson sets. Having admin control the lesson editing (or having that an option for each school to select who controls lesson editing) would allow us to say, "we all have the exact same lesson sets" and the outcomes for teaching from these sets should be similar OR you can choose and edit your…

Practice Lessons
It would be nice to plan lessons we want our students to practice. That is, if they have already had the lesson, it would show up in their lesson plan as something we want them to practice, rather than seeming like a new lesson, maybe it wouLd show up in a different color.

make saving sorted by age setting
We find sorting the children by age really useful. However as soon as you click onto another tab, the next time you go back to children it has returned to the default order.
It would be great if there was a setting that keeps children sorted by age.

Incident reports need to be approved before they are sent to parents
Hello! We are using forms for things like incident/accident reports for parents. Currently the adult fills it out and send it directly to parents, w/o a signature from the admin. or lead teacher. This means that no one outside the adult that wrote the report knows what happened. Is there a way for approval to be given to admin or lead teacher before it gets sent to the parents? "Relationship to Child" on Parent Profiles
I'd like to suggest adding a "Relationship to Child" field on the Parent profile page. This feature would display information such as whether the contact is a mother, father, grandparent, aunt, uncle, guardian, step-parent, etc., alongside their phone number and email address.
Why This Would Be Helpful:
Currently, to find out a parent's relationship to a child, staff memebers need to search through "general forms," which can be time-consuming, especially in urgent situations. Having this information easily accessible would streamline communication and make interactions more efficient. It would also be nice to have a way to mark the "primary" contact.…15 votes
