Announcements via Text Message and App
(1) I would love for the option of sending announcements through to parents and staff via text message.
(2) It would be great if there was an announcements tab on the app so that parents could view announcements, and/or administrators/teachers could post announcements using the app.

Family List
Family List
Additionally to the student lists and groups, a list of families, allowing us to see at a glance how many family units we have and then browse and export their details.
I would appreciate the usefulness for planning parent outreach and gifts, school demographics, and more.

Change "Sex" to "Gender."
Instead of asking for "Sex" in the child's profile, could you change that to "Gender?"
Thank you for including "Other," though perhaps some might find that insufficient and/or offensive?

Streamlined Forms for Families with Multiple Enrolled Children
For families with multiple children enrolled in our school, it would be great to assign the 'family-specific' forms (like emergency contacts, for example), perhaps to Parents (instead of to the children) that would allow them to complete one form per family (instead of one for each child).

Tracking parent log-ins
Can there be a tracking feature added where a school/teacher can see dates that a parent accesses transparent classroom over the course of the school year. This can help us ensure that parents are staying informed on their child's progress.

Parent-Teacher Conference sign up feature
Creating a Parent-Teacher conference sign up feature, so that parents can choose a specified time slot to meet with their teacher. The time slots would be declared by the teacher/admin and attached to specific days/times.

Security: reload an old version
Is it possible to export all our Transparent Classroom, or to find an older version in case of problem (for example, if someone make a big mistake or if your servers have a crash...) ? It could be a good idea, I think.

Adding Lessons for 3-6 per child
Dear Transparent Classroom Team,
I would like to propose a new feature, specifically for our 3-6 teachers at our school. It would resemble the Lesson Boxes planning page, but the boxes would have the ability to be added to like the Activity recording text box. In this way, the 3-6 teachers, that don't often plan ahead, can record their lessons in the moment for each child, and they would have visibility of previous lessons from the week - similar to the Lesson Reference Sheet. Better text formatting
Please improve your text formatting! When I copy text from my email to put into an email in "Home," formatting is lost. Also, when I put in line breaks in an observation, it's all glopped together into one paragraph. This would be a nice improvement. Thanks for your time and commitment to listening to users.

Rename "Start Date" to "Onboard Date"
Can you consider renaming "Start Date" to "Onboard Date" and also adding a field for "Enrollment Date" (or "Start Date")? I have brought this up before, but admin and teachers need full access to all incoming students prior to their official first day at school (and yes we know how to access "incoming"). This year I have started the next session several weeks prior to the start of the school year so we can access everything we need during our prep weeks. However, new parents get confused because it now says their child's first day is prior to the start…

Parents Change Child's Profile Photo
A parent requested the ability to change her daughter's profile photo. I understand parents can upload photos (although only using the mobile app) but they cannot change the profile photo of their child. I did this for the parent so it is resolved, but it would be a nice feature.

Infant/Toddler Nap time check
Could we possibly get a feature for Infant/Toddlers to keep track of when the staff has to check on them while sleeping every 15 minutes and has to document it?

Attendance Tracking Moving Children from one room to another.
Options to move chicken from one classroom to another while removing them from the other classroom so we do not duplicate numbers. More Before School After School, and Children moving to Specials like Art, PE, Music ect. With Attendance tracking.

Notifications Parents may Recieve locked by administration
We would like to have the option of letting parents choose what notifications they can receive, removed.
Let's say we have set parents' accounts a certain way, we don't want them to have the option to change what we have previously set. This is happening to us under notifications under parents. They change what kind of notifications they are expecting to recieve.2 votes -

Child Lessons Over Time - Date ranges
I would like to be able to edit the date range in "Child Lessons Over Time." Currently, the date ranged is fixed. It would be great to be able to see which children have had lessons since the beginning of the current school year.

Immunization alerts for families - using immunization tracking parents would be alerted when their child is due for a vaccination
it would be helpful to have a way to use the immunization tracking to communicate to parents when a vaccination is due.
