Annoucements - More Customization Options
On the announcement option, it would be nice to include features such the ability to bold, underline, or italicize your information. Having a bullet point option and sizing option would also allow the announcements to look more formal. Being able to link something to a word rather than having to input a super long web address would be great as well.

bilingual language program
hello ,
We are a bilingual school and we would like to have the Language program in double so as to use it for French and English.
Or do we have to add the whole list of activities?

planned lessons

Classroom Placement - remove leaving children
Children who are marked as leaving the school this year, should not show up in the classroom placement for the following year.

Notification for contact info changes

Immunization information in child record
I am wondering if there is a feature that would allow parents to upload their child's immunization information (by dose) as well as updates to their child's profile. We would then love to be able to harness this information in a report, which I know is already an available feature.

Re-enrollment deposits
Re-enrollment Deposit Message:
We would like a feature where parents can receive a message for re-enrollment forms asking to collect a deposit.
You have this feature for complete Applications, it would be helpful to have the same for complete re-enrollments.

Email Applicants Feature
I need to be able to collect the email addresses from the full batch of applications to email potential families announcements and info about the enrollment process prior to admitting them students. This takes a lot of time to go into each application, copy each email, find a place to drop them, and then email.

School
I cannot believe that parents can only view a directory of only their child's classroom. Please create a toggle in Admin to allow parents to view the entire school directory. This is not a program intensive request.

Access Database with custom generated reports
Ability to generate custom reports from form submissions. I send out a volunteer form and would like to parse who volunteers for what. Or query all children who have a nut allergy. Querying any fields of the forms and generating a report would be extremely helpful. We have this big database of information and can only access it student by student.

OFFICE staff and Attendance
It would be useful to have an "office" staff position that has the ability to do attendance but can not get specifically into any other features. The difficulty is with parents who are sometimes office staff that should not be able to see all children details. The other option is to have an "other" feature which allows you to turn ON or OFF different features.

Add notes to concentration tracking
It would be great to be able to add notes to concentration tracking with a feature similar to activity e.g. #cylinderblockA or #notesinobservations and then be able to write what the child is doing at the time.
