Customizable student tracking fields
It would be great to be able to create customized fields for students and parents based on the needs of the individual school. For example, tuition rates, schedule, etc.. Thank you!

Accident icon in Daily Tracking
On the daily tracking page next to toileting and diapering I would like to see an icon for when a child who is toileting has an accident in his pants. It could give the options for wet or BM.

Include activity on lesson reference sheet
Would love a lesson report that includes the activity notes so that we could have a reference sheet to easily see the follow-up work that is expected after each particular lesson.

Setting specific dates for activity
I would like to be able to enter a lesson on a specific date. I know that I can go back and edit the date for lessons given, but when I have to do it for multiple lessons or children, it's time consuming. It would be nice to select a specific date and enter activity for that date only. It's a feature that Montessori Compass had, and maybe if there's some way you can view their interface you could better understand what I'm requesting.

put regularly scheduled specials into Lesson planning
When I print out my weekly Lesson Plan (by day) for elementary, I would love to be able to also enter regularly scheduled specials classes (art, music, current events, PE,....) so that it is clear to me and my head of school what will be happening in the classroom that day along with the lessons I plan to teach. It would be great to be able to enter Spanish happens every Mon and Wed and those will always pop up on each weekly Lesson Plan.

I feel that meeting notes should be arranged in descending date order with the newest notes at the top for quick reference, rather than the current order of oldest at the top

Add a Calendar to add dates, projects, other items that a teacher tracks. That way we can have it aligned with our record keeping and lessons.

Parent Usage Tracking
We would like to have a report built that would generate the parent usage of the app detailing what pages/documents they are accessing as well as times they are using the app so that we can analyze the functionality of the app for our school's communication needs. This is especially important during the closure due to COVID19 and we navigate online learning

Add Nickname field
Add a Nickname field. For reports, the formal name can be used, for daily use and navigation in the differenat areas, the nicknames would be better. Or as an option, give teachers the choice whether to use nicknames or formal names in reports, and in each area of Transparante Classroom.

Flag data collecting
We are looking for a feature to identify/ make notes about children development, how they are doing academically, socially and emotionally. We call this flags, it help us identify children with learning difficulties with a reg flags, children showing some regression due to home situations that is impacting them academically ,social and emotional orange flags. Children that are meeting all academic, social and emotional criteria, green flags. This is a done on an excel spread sheet monthly graphing how the children are improved or where we see regression.

Current Age - Classroom Placement
On the classroom placement list, it shows us the age of the children when they joined our class.
For a school like ours who welcome children all year round, it can affect the balance of our ages, as they are not 'up-to-date' ages. It then requires us to manually look up each group, which is more time consuming.
Could we have a list that also lists the current ages of the children?

Notification On/Off for each Form
Having a notification button for each form created. That way, it is easier to maintain the notification. For example, right now we need to keep notification on for one of the forms but don't need it for the temporary form that we sent out. SO, we would appreciate it if this idea can be considered.

bulk print forms
We would love to be able to print forms for more than once child at a time. Let's say we want to print all Health Forms for Summer 2021 Session I, can we do that all at once or just have to go into each individual child and print from there.
We would also like to be able to print multiple forms for one child at a time. So be able to checkmark a box next to that form for that child and then select print and all of their forms would print at once.

Option to email multiple classrooms, but not whole school
When sending an email through Transparent Classroom I would like the option to choose what classrooms to send it to. Not all emails need to go to the whole school, but need to go to more than one classroom. Please create an option to select the classrooms to send emails to.

Search by Name among Applications
To be able to conduct a search for a child's name in the Applications section (whether pending, accepted, waitlisted, rejected) instead of having to scroll through the list.
