We would like to note on a student's profile if they receive any special/additional services.
We would like to note on a student's profile if they receive any special/additional services. Like an IEP tab, 504 or Spec Ed tab on the child's profile page. Adding this to the notes section will not be confidential and this information needs to be. If there was a feature to sort students by IEP that would be extremely helpful to us.

color code yearly for progress
have a feature to color code lessons per year so the guide knows how to plan at a quick glance if they entered P, I, M etc per year when we have the lesson sets ongoing

Add a "Number of Students Present" to attendance page.
Please add a "running total" number to track the quantity of students in the classroom at that time, so we can know how many students are present.

Toggle function to select present OR absent (not both)
A student can be marked present and absent at the same time. Is there any way to “toggle” this function so that a student can only be one?

Editing paragraphs in activity line
Create the ability to compose & edit paragraphs (with spacing, bullets) in the activity line so parents do not see 1 huge block of unreadable text.

An area that is a private journal. So it does not show in lessons and not does it show to parents.
I like to be able to keep a journal of the day, the weather, how the day went, what songs I sung, what we did at circle time etc. I would love this to be in Transparent Classroom because I love this software!

allow for a series of photos to be grouped into one activity post/observation about a work cycle
As is currently stands, you can only post one picture per activity report. However, it is useful at times to have three photos grouped for one observation in the activity feed. I.e. "Child shows ability to carry tray to table, do work, reset tray and return tray to shelf" with 1 photo of the child carrying the tray, 1 photo of them working and 1 photo of them returning the tray all in one post rather than creating 3 separate posts. Make (home) pages visible to only a specific classroom
In the 'Home' view, there is the 'Pages' section. I'd like to create separate pages for the different age groups, i.e. separate pages for primary, elementary and secondary. Is there a way to make those pages visible only to the parents who need them, e.g. the primary page visible to the primary kids' parents?

Add 3rd party payment processing into applications and enrollment forms
I would like parents to pay application and enrollment fees when submitting an application or form. Other form builders like jotform, machform, etc allow payment processing integration from: paypal, square, stripe, etc. I tried adding a paypal "buy now" button into an application but could not get it to work properly.

Allow pending forms
I'd like an assistant to fill out a form, signs it, be able to mark it pending so it could be adjusted if needed by a guide or second assistant. It would be sent after a second person viewed it or would automatically send at the end of the day.
This would be helpful for notifying parents of injuries while verifying the form was filled out appropriately.

Add a "Locked By Another User" button in Conference Report
Add a "Locked By Another User" button in draft Conference Reports. Our Middle and Upper School classrooms have multiple teachers editing each student's Conference Report, and one teacher could overwrite another teacher’s input in a given report if they’re editing it at the same time.

Illness Log
When you update attendance with a student being sick or sent home sick, provide an additional option to log the type of illness/symptoms. This would be great if it that data was then able to generate an Illness Log Report (this is required by many states for licensing purposes).

Conference Report - Lesson List with Proficiencies - option to show ALL lessons
In the conference report design, please add an option to show the Lesson List with Proficiencies that would INCLUDE lessons that the child has had...and has NOT had yet (would just be blank in the proficiency area for all these lessons). I understand this makes a larger report as it would list EVERY lesson, but this type of report would show not only what the child has done now, but where they are going NEXT in every area...which is very meaningful to parents. Integrate with Clever for Rostering and SSO
We use Clever to sync our SIS data with many of our applications. We would love for Transparent Classroom to partner with Clever so that there would be automatic nightly rostering and the availability of SSO for our teachers through the Clever portal. Because we are a public (charter) Montessori, we track most of our data in our Student Information System (SIS) for state reporting compliance and various features it contains. Email Notification for Head of School, Teacher on Incident Report
We would like to add a feature to an Incident Report form where the form is sent to the Head of School and Head Teacher when it is submitted to the parent, and a notification is sent once the parent signs the form. Since it is already possible notify the parent, could we add a drop down where you select the Head of School and Head Teachers as additional recipients? I know you can have all forms notify the main account, but with Incident reports we need a more specific set of recipients.
