  1. After a child has been here for years there are many reports to sift through to find the current one (usually on the bottom but not always and harder to see on a phone to tablet). We'd love it if they were listed under school year or at the very least have the newest on top. Thanks for all you do!

  3. Right now , each of the cell under progress and plan is only allowed us to rated the children according to different ratings . it would be nice if we can get an extra comment box for each cell, for us to type in more details. The comment box would be similar idea as the Excel Sheet in microsoft. It only shown when the cursor goes near to the particular cell.

  5. Some of our forms contain sensitive information. Is there a way to lock a form's visibility to only be administrators?

  6. Every student has countless forms, requested, submitted, and approved. We only need a small subset, just want to keep the most recent, approved forms. We would prefer to not delete each form individually. How should we proceed?

Alternatively, could there be a way to archive past forms?

  7. Would like to be able to make fields within tables required when building forms, so that mandatory information can't be missed, removed, or otherwise left blank by a parent/guardian.

  8. Right now when you click on a lesson name in the Child Lesson Proficiency Over Time tab it takes you to the lesson page and all the activity recorded for that lesson for all children. It would be really helpful if instead it took you to the activity record for that lesson just for the child you whose proficiency you are looking at. This would be especially helpful if a lesson is tagged multiple times for a child and you want to see the context of that.

  9. Toileting - this age is not quite old enough for the accept/decline option to show to parents. It makes it seem as though we are pushing toilet training early and can cause undue stress. Two suggestions: 1) Create a Diapering option within Daily Tracking or 2) Remove or make optional the currently required accept/decline buttons

  11. It would be nice to plan lessons we want our students to practice. That is, if they have already had the lesson, it would show up in their lesson plan as something we want them to practice, rather than seeming like a new lesson, maybe it wouLd show up in a different color.

  12. We charge for childcare for early drop off and late pick up compared to their program time.

Parents want to be able to see what their totals are but it only shows the late pick up time under the student view that the parents can see.

  13. We are currently using the alignment of the Montessori curriculum to the Common Core standards. We would like to extend that to the preK standards as Universal PreK is growing we are needing to demonstrate how our program compares to national standards.

  14. It would be great if we could change the level of proficiency while we're writing comments on the Conference Report! That way we wouldn't have to go back into Activity/Plan Progress, refresh data, regenerate, etc. if we find we've forgotten to update at any point.

    Thanks!

  15. As we look at teacher planning, we want to make sure that teachers are planning lessons across the curriculum for each child. We need to see a report that's a cross between the "Child Lessons by Area" and "School Planning/Reporting by Area". We want to see how many lessons were PLANNED for each child in each area. The Child Lessons by Area report only shows how many lessons were GIVEN. The School Planning report shows you how many lessons were planned in each area by CLASSROOM, but we need to see by CHILD. We need to count how many lessons…

  16. Once various conference report templates have been generated for a school, it would be helpful if an admin could re-order them on the drop down list to make it easier for teachers to locate the appropriate one for their grade level.

  17. I would like a separate tab in which to record assessment information, like the meetings tab...right now all the information is put into the activity area which makes that information difficult to locate. It would be nice to have this information handy to refer to.

  18. I am interested in whether there will be a feature that can refresh a conference report template, so we can change the template even after we have started working on reports. We would like to be able to refresh the conference report template so the newest version with the edited text boxes appears in an already existing report without losing the comments that have already been entered.

For example: If we create a template and then start working on a conference report draft, then find that there is an error (or something else we wish to change) in the template…

  19. We open the links to the parent sign in for our three classrooms on our iPads.

All three browser tabs say “Parent Sign In” some parents click around to find their child’s classroom then walk away.

Other parents understand our tab system click the tab which should have the child’s classroom only to find a different classroom.

If the browser tabs were labeled by classroom I believe this would stop our issues. We attempt to catch those parents clicking aimlessly but this issue occurs daily.

  20. It would be very convenient to be able to filter the activity feed view by child and/or lesson to avoid having to click through multiple pages. The only way I know right now to get to a specific child' records with a particular lesson is to click on that child's name, go to the progress page, find the lesson and click on it. It would be really nice if there was an option to filter the records shown right in the activity feed.
