Teachers Meeting Notes
It would be great to add an area in which we could add our weekly teachers notes. Things that can vary from the outing that we are looking into or the projects we might want to work on during the year or simply things that we want to improve or change in our children's house. Thanks.

I am head of school and would like the option to not be listed as the parent of my son in the directory.
I would like to not be listed as my son's mother in the parent directory. I am head of school, and I want to make sure that people feel free to speak about him if need be. I love my boy, but for professional reasons, feel this would be beneficial.

absentee form for parents to complete without it being assigned
Can we give access to parents for them to complete forms without it being assigned? . This is so parents can complete an absent form as a notice of further absences ie doc appointments, holidays etc. Currently our Directresses are manually sending the form out to parents at the end of the week if their child was away. I thought it would be easier if we helped parents to get in the habit of going to TC and completing this form themselves and then submitting it via the TC.

Continuous access forms from a page rather than "assigned"
I would like to create a form for parents to use to sign up for our afterschool classes, but I don't want to "assign" it to every parent because then if they choose not to sign up, they either have to send back a form saying "no" or it just lingers in their to-do until I delete it. Is there a way to create a form that I then apply to a page, where I can direct parents who want to sign up?
This would also be helpful to have a form that can be reused to update contact information,…

Create units with lesson sequences planned within that unit.
I currently use Common Curriculum's Unit Planner feature, but I would like to integrate it into TC. In Elementary we have projects that are made up of several, or dozen, lessons/ project parts that follow a sequence. I would like to plan units over the year that have lessons in them so I can schedule out the time needed to plan the unit.

Forms Directory for Teachers
It would useful for teachers to have access to a directory of available forms that can be assigned to students. This would allow teachers to view forms before assigning them to a student/class.

Make it possible to save and edit a draft of a Page without publishing it on the "All Pages" list
Currently, saving a new Page makes it immediately visible to all parents. It would be nice to be able to create and edit a page privately. Once all content is ready and proofread, the creator can explicitly choose to publish it to general availability.

Default "All Classrooms" for Admins
Because we are a small school with multiple siblings spread out across the different age levels, we would like to have the default set to "All Classrooms" for those with administrative powers.

Display Last Name first
I would like to be able to easily find the siblings in my program and have them listed last name first so that it looks like Smith, John vs John Smith.

Custom @groups on Activity page
Allow the creation of custom groups for recordingkeeping on the Activity page. Currently there is an option for "@allchildren". I would like to make a custom group for the 3 cycle of children I have. For example, if I put "@fullcycle", it would populate with the 4 full cycle children I designated that year or "@beginningcycle", it would populate with the 16 beginning cycle I designated for that year. This would allow fast entries on the Activity page rather than typing in a large group of names.

how to distinguish students days, like 3 days or 2 days a week students?
how to distinguish who is 2 days or 3 days a week student? How to mark those students absent when they didn't even signed up for those days?

We would like there to be an automated 'absent' for the attendance so that if a child is not signed in that they would be marked absent.

Photos of emergency contacts & restricted adults
It would be nice if TC would make it possible for parents to upload a picture of each emergency contact and also a picture of the people not allowed to pick up their child. This would be helpful to staff to tell who someone is. A name alone doesn't always register with staff.

add numerical assessments
I would like the ability to give a numerical assessment to a child. 90% or 130/160 words. This would be useful for standard assessment and placement tests that we use at the beginning and end of the year. Right now you have to put the number in observations and add it to the portfolio.

Allow adding notes or lessons directly on a child's page
It would be great to be able to add general notes for a child directly from their page rather than going back to the activity page. I like to scan over what they have been doing for the week and add a little summary of behavior and/or a note to share with parents and would love to be able to see what else has been recorded for the week while doing so.

Add Teacher's Signature option to reports by including it in their profile
Create the ability to add a teacher's jpeg signature under their profile so that it can be included in Conference Reports if you wish. This would be a nice professional looking touch to the reports. The teacher's photo could also be added to the report.
