Differentiate lessons and follow-up in Lesson Plan Child Boxes
Lesson Plan by day is great because you can clearly see which are lessons and which are follow-up. However I also use the Child Boxes to provide my students and the administration a list of the activities the child is working on. It would be super helpful if on the Child Boxes page there was a symbol or something that indicated it was a follow-up work similar to the way you do it in the By Day.

In order to analyze trends in classroom/school-level data, allow for student-level data to be exported as .csv or other standard format. (# lessons introduced by lesson by child?)

a report or an option to see the program all children are signed up for
I need to see the program that my children are signed in for as a report or an option. For example to be able per every classroom at what time every child should be picked up by his parents.
Ex: Oana Marcu 8.00 - 16.00
Ciprian Vlaicu 8.00 - 18.00

Allow Lesson to be repeated during one week
For some children, especially if they require serious "remedial" help with their lessons, I might do the same or similar lesson every day during the week in order to practice. I would love the option to be able to add the same lesson every day of the week on the "By Day" lesson planning page as this is what I have to print off and show my administrator, assistant, etc.

Under the By Day Lesson Plan, add an option to PLAN BY SUBJECT
I am finding it difficult to make sure that I am hitting every subject or at least attempting to for each of my children during the week. There is no way to organize the lessons by subject in planning and so I am finding that I am planning multiple math lessons (for example) and not including a geometry lesson. My written lesson plans had across the top the day of the week and date and then along the right side, the grid showed the subject areas. Have an option for “no school” days.
It would be helpful to have the attendance page not be active on days that we have no school. For example: holidays, field trips, weather closures and facility closures. This way the attendance report accurately reflects attendance.
We can show the days to the parents in our Google calendar; however, the attendance feature is not tied to the calendar.

A complete class chart of diaper, toilets and sleep
Our Ministry of Education requires washroom, diaper and sleep logs that involve the full classroom. At the moment we are using transparent to log individual children, but we then need to manually take that information and re-log it into a report spreadsheet that shows all children together. We are really hoping that this is a feature that can be implemented by transparent, as the information is there but the format is not.

Add a button under tracking for sunblock application.
We need to track sunblock application per DCFS, a button under tracking we can just tap and a way to view a report would be very helpful.

Parents can't submit inactive forms
Is there a way for inactive forms to be labeled invalid or a pop up saying "this event has past" or "expired" or something like that or for the form not come through?
I get forms submitted after changing the name and marking it inactive! even from previous years! 🙄1 vote -

Link lesson plans to child schedules
I love having a group to make lesson plans for, and it would be easier to use the groups if the system could automatically only choose children in the group that attend school on that day of the week.

Count special lessons over a period of time
I need to count the attendance of children in special lesson like a yoga class over a period of time. And maybe print a record or export table. You've suggested to create a separate area for the lesson and than use reports by area. This way I can only see four weeks period and can not export the data. Thank you very much for considering!

I would like to be able to differentiate between formula, breastmilk & milk when recording bottles in the Nido room

Add "switch child" button under each tab of the "Children" section, not just the "Meetings" tab
This would allow switching between children quickly and easily without having to navigate back to the class list.
