  2. Lessons entered by Subject

    I want a page where I can choose a subject, like Math, and see every lesson I have given for an individual student, a day, or always. A quick overview of what I have recently entered..

  3. Reposition child's profile photo

    For the child's profile pictures, it would be great if you could crop or reposition the photo in order to get a better headshot of the child's face. Often a family member will submit a photo of the full body and it cuts off their face.

  6. grandparents listed separately

    Grandparents are the ones often paying tuition (or helping). I would be great to be able to track grandparents separately, not just as "family members".

  7. Notifications and parent comments on app

    We are transitioning from a parent communication/lesson tracking app to transparent classroom. The parents are accustomed to receiving notifications from the app when they have a new post. They alo like being able to "like" and/or comment on the picture posts. Is it possible to add these features to the TC App?

  8. Infant/Toddler Nap time check

    Could we possibly get a feature for Infant/Toddlers to keep track of when the staff has to check on them while sleeping every 15 minutes and has to document it?

  11. Headcount Specifics

    I love the Headcount for attendance. I love that it shows all of my classrooms in one location. I would love if there could be more headings than just Preset and Absent. Could the headings P, U, A, T, E be displayed on the Headcount?

  12. Filter Distance drop-off to students not signed in

    We use the Distance drop-off feature and make sure the students are signed in before getting out of the car. Right now, the Attendance page only allows to filter per classroom. We would really be so grateful if we can filter it after students not signed in.

  15. More comment textboxes and embed links for short video clips

    Request feature: Please look into the possibility of enabling teachers to add more than one comment in separate textboxes in a photo. This will allow a classroom with several teachers and assistants to make remarks on the child’s great work. Also, please add a way to be able to upload short video clips, or atleast embed links into the children’s portfolio. Thank you!

  20. Approving linked forms when approving checklist

    We have created an Enrollment Checklist, as suggested by Help Center, which is SO helpful. It would be amazing to be able to just approve the Enrollment Checklist form and that all included forms would be automatically approved as well.
