Dr. Note Required for Return to School
I would like to be able to some how see on the attendance page, if a doctors note is required to return to school. We require a note or neg. covid test if a child has been out ill, but there is no easy way to see that without going to the date they were out or sent home. Could also be a box to check "note required" that shows up on attendance check in page. Thanks

Photo Attendance for Students
Is it possible to set up photo attendance taking for students to use? Could they just click on their photo instead of looking for their name?

print all forms at once
It would be great to be able to print all of a form's submissions at once without making it into a spreadsheet. We have to have the actual form for each child in their file and in their classroom. On other sites we have used, you can select forms to print in bulk and print every response as its own separate form to put in each child's file. It is frustrating to have to select them one at a time and individually print them.

Parents Change Child's Profile Photo
A parent requested the ability to change her daughter's profile photo. I understand parents can upload photos (although only using the mobile app) but they cannot change the profile photo of their child. I did this for the parent so it is resolved, but it would be a nice feature.

Announcements for upcoming session
Can you please add a new feature to be able to send announcements out to the Fall enrollment folks before the first day of the session.
I tried changing the session start date to be able to do this, but it throws a wrench in everything else like attendance and other sessions and does not automatically change every child to the new session date.
This is particularly difficult because when I send an announcement it goes to over 50 people and when I try to email them, it goes to my email provider which will not send because it thinks…

Smaller font, less empty space on templates.
Hello.
A feature I fee is important is the ability to change the size of the template, or to format the pages so there is less empty space. Currently, a progress page prints out on several pages. It would be nice if we could condense this somewhat.1 vote -
Export All Parents List from Chosen Session Only
Enable Exporting of a list of all CURRENT from only 1 session period (parents / contact information) ie. Export only active parents of ENROLLED students for 2021-2022 (not parents from previous sessions) from parent page.

Add 'only staff can edit' to 'upload'
We have the parents provide a wet signature on their contract, which we then scan and email to them.
If the 'upload file' input in the Design Forms feature had the option for 'only staff can edit', we could assign the form, then upload the scanned copy of the signed contract for easy, consolidated filing for both parents and staff.

Allow access for early planning for next term. Teachers can't plan for first week of school before first week begins.

Bilingual classrooms: possibility to record lessons specifying what language was used
We have a bilingual classroom (Czech is the local language, English is the second language). We use both languages to do presentations in all areas. So, one adult is recording lessons that she does in English and the other adult is recording lessons that she does in Czech. We would love it if there was a possibility to link a teacher with a language, or to plan/record with the possibility to choose the language of the presentation, so that when we look at previous records we can see in what language the child received the presentation. Otherwise, as time goes…

Option to email multiple classrooms, but not whole school
When sending an email through Transparent Classroom I would like the option to choose what classrooms to send it to. Not all emails need to go to the whole school, but need to go to more than one classroom. Please create an option to select the classrooms to send emails to.

Flagging Colors Transferred to Lesson Planning
We have been using your flagging system for planning lessons. We would love if you can transfer over the colored flag system to the lesson planning part. For example, lessons created by me could be one color and lessons created by others could be another color. This way when I click on the view "all" when looking at my lessons, I can easily see my lessons versus others.

Document Library
We are using TC for all forms, and love it. However, we would like to see a document library, accessible to parents, for forms such as extra curricular activities. Currently, we upload these forms to all parents, and they have to either sign up, or opt out. If they take no action, they receive reminders. If they could just access the documents in a library as needed, it would streamline the process.

Rename "Start Date" to "Onboard Date"
Can you consider renaming "Start Date" to "Onboard Date" and also adding a field for "Enrollment Date" (or "Start Date")? I have brought this up before, but admin and teachers need full access to all incoming students prior to their official first day at school (and yes we know how to access "incoming"). This year I have started the next session several weeks prior to the start of the school year so we can access everything we need during our prep weeks. However, new parents get confused because it now says their child's first day is prior to the start…
