Creating Tables on Announcements
Is it possible to have the same features for posting announcements as creating pages? (Ex. Bold, Italics, Underline, Creating Tables, etc.) We've been opting to email parents instead of using the posting feature a lot of the time because we are unable to do the above features.

Navigate through multiple reports & export to spreadsheet
When viewing a conference report; It would come in handy to be able to view every child from "all classrooms" in alphabetical order (by last name) with just a click of an arrow. This would allow easy navigation for report creation. Also, if we could export these reports in spreadsheet format, that would be a life saver.

Administrator functionality to better manage staff
As an administrator, I would like to assign forms/todos to faculty.
I've been made aware that TC has been asked this before as other schools have developed a workaround, but that workaround will not work for us.

Highlighting the activity
When a parent sees activity would it be possible to differentiate the names of the children from the lesson/activity? It doesn't seem obvious to new users that there are clickable activities they can learn about. They just see a whole list of student names.

Consider chunking the phone number field in the form template. (xxx) xxx-xxxx or xxx-xxx-xxxx.

Application Process Flexibility
A more flexible applications process:
1. To be able to customize the "Application State" field to reflect our existing process.
2. To attach links to other forms - classroom visit observation form, previous school reference check.

"Accept All" Option for Screening Forms
Hello,
I was wondering if its possible to add a feature that allows me to "Accept All" for screening forms? I think it would be super helpful when reviewing forms as opposed to accepting them individually.

editing absences and tardies
I have literally spent hours designing my report card (Elementary report), adding assessments and comments, only to find that I cannot input absences and tardies. Why is that? Canyon help me with this? I do not have time to redo everything.

Lessons in lessons sets allowed to be assigned to other lesson sets
It would be extremely helpful to tag individual lessons or groups of lessons for more than one level. For example: There are many primary lessons that overlap into elementary (especially math and language) and the same goes for toddler and primary. For example: the pink tower, brown stairs etc. This way if the child completed the work in one classroom it would show up in the next level that they have mastered it.

Classroom Placement - remove leaving children
Children who are marked as leaving the school this year, should not show up in the classroom placement for the following year.

Current Age - Classroom Placement
On the classroom placement list, it shows us the age of the children when they joined our class.
For a school like ours who welcome children all year round, it can affect the balance of our ages, as they are not 'up-to-date' ages. It then requires us to manually look up each group, which is more time consuming.
Could we have a list that also lists the current ages of the children?

Billing/Payroll
Have you guys considered adding accounting features such as billing and payroll? The student database is already here, so adding them would allow schools to consolidate software. All that money going to ProCare could go to you instead.

Customized Days of the Week
H would like to request that you offer the ability to adjust the the days for planning to be from Sunday to Thursday, as these are our working days, and it's difficult to do the planning when they are not adjusted.
Please consider solving this issue, as we will be able to use features that we weren't able to do before, and it's going to make all the difference to us.
