  1. We love to use attachments to share information for parents as pdf files. I wish there would be a way to display these attachments better - the way they are displayed using the file name is not very attractive and user friendly.

  2. I would like to be able to create a group conference report or group observation report, so that I don't fill out a separate form for each child in the group. I know you can make groups, but the groups I'm looking at are variable and change daily if not hourly.

  3. Booking Parent Teacher conferences through Transparent classroom would be a great compliment to parents and staff migrating to using TC for more seamless communication with one platform.

  4. Instead of asking for "Sex" in the child's profile, could you change that to "Gender?"

  7. Family List

    Additionally to the student lists and groups, a list of families, allowing us to see at a glance how many family units we have and then browse and export their details.

    I would appreciate the usefulness for planning parent outreach and gifts, school demographics, and more.

  11. It'd be great if we could organize forms in a child's profile and make it collapsible so it's easier to find specific forms. For example, putting all the daily reports in their own collapsible folder so they don't hide an infrequently requested form.

  12. Children at our school are generally enrolled in more than one classroom, and I'd like to be able to use the "Re-Enroll" feature on the [Classroom Placement] page to update their placement in future classrooms with just one click.

  13. When you record activity through the tick box on the lesson plan, it gives you the option to plan the next lesson or plan follow up. I love this feature! I'd like to be able to do this for activity that has already been recorded so if I forget or am not ready to set this at the time of recording, I can do this later from the activity page.

  14. We are a Montessori-inspired school. Many of the menu names in TC are too traditional for us, and I was wondering if we can change some to ours: we have Studios, not classrooms, core-skills, not lessons, badges, etc. It would be great if each menu title c!an be changed. Thanks

  15. Hi,
    I need to access to "program" field in regular form and parents be able to change it because it change the scolar fees.
    Between the application form and the regular form, we meet parents and child and we choose all together to choose fulltime or haltime for the time.

    I also need to be able to put the classroom information in the contract because it changes the scolar fees. Not to change it, but to put it write down on the contract.

  16. Hello wonderful transparent classroom people! I am a Head of School an we are doing conferences. I have been adding my suggestions/editing things our guides have already written, and wanted to suggest that you add an editing feature in tc, similar to what I can use in word or in e-mail that would allow the guides to see my edits as we go along. Currently I have to edit them in microsoft word or e-mail and then they have to do a final edit and then cut and paste back in transparent classroom; the formatting doesn't carry over into transparent…

  17. Allow parents to enable text notifications for Announcements in addition to photos.

    We would love to be able to communicate things like weather closings, picture day, etc. via text in addition to email using the Announcements feature.

  20. It would be nice if we can divide our meeting notes into paragraphs. Right now if I hit ‘enter’ the blurb I am writing gets posted. However, some meetings I have with parents are long and we discuss multiple items. It would be easier to visually divide up the meeting notes for easier re-examining of the notes in the future.
