    I created some different hours in "Normal Hours" setting. But I want to clear it out to not having a long drop down list. Can you please develop a function that I can delete the unused time frame?

  2. Better Concentration graph recall

    Hello,
    It would be wonderful if there was a better way to view archived Concentration Tracking graphs. Currently it is very hard to find them as you have to remember the date in order to view the graph. If they could all be viewed in one place it would be easier to compare past and present data.

  3. OFFICE staff and Attendance

    It would be useful to have an "office" staff position that has the ability to do attendance but can not get specifically into any other features. The difficulty is with parents who are sometimes office staff that should not be able to see all children details. The other option is to have an "other" feature which allows you to turn ON or OFF different features.

    We would like to have a parent signature widget to add to the conference form template. This is something we always did with a paper form to have parents acknowledge the information was presented to them.

  7. Hide Sessions ONLY from Applications or Forms

    Hi! Hiding sessions is a necessity (especially if we need to stop applications for a specific session) however when you hide a session from the application it also hides that session everywhere on the site so you can no longer sort by that session or export form responses by that session (which I'm sure you can seeis a big issue for incoming classes etc.). Please let me know how to hide a session from application dropdowns only but not hide it from my administration team?

  11. Repetitive lesson planning

    I wish there was a repetitive weekly planing feature. For example, I always do editing on Mondays with my 2nd and 3rd years. If I add editing on one week, then add it to another week, it removes it from the first week. There should be an option for it to be a recurring lesson each week or recurring bi-weekly.

  13. Daily report from parents with screening questions or ability for parents to send reports or messages directly through transparent.

    Hello. For the screening questions I would like to request the ability to edit them like a form or the ability to add an open ended question so that parents can tell us about how the child is doing at home. I tried to add a question but only yes and no questions are possible it seems. Am I wrong? Is there another way?   14. Notification On/Off for each Form

    Having a notification button for each form created. That way, it is easier to maintain the notification. For example, right now we need to keep notification on for one of the forms but don't need it for the temporary form that we sent out. SO, we would appreciate it if this idea can be considered.

  18. save draft option on announcement page

    Would it be possible to add a 'save draft' feature on the site, so that we can continue working on what we're writing even if we have to step away partway through. I would be grateful for it. Thank you!

  20. Monthly Reports

    I would like to bring parent attention to a child's activity/progress on a monthly view. This would be a longer perspective than the daily notes but a shorter and recent view of activity that does not contain the whole school year. Can we find a way to select a time frame for such a report?
