Uploading multiple photos at once
Hi there! I have an issue that I cannot resolve myself... We can no longer upload multiple photos at once - we take a lot of photos every day and we know that our families love to receive them every day so we do not want to disappoint them. Could you please help?

Two way note system, parents could put attendance notes or communicate two way through the notes feature.
A stronger app that has more features would be ideal as well

Download Photos by Date Range
Download Photos by Date Range:
It is imperative for us to be able to download the photo file by date range. We download photos weekly to our google drives to utilize for yearbook. etc. It can take 30 minutes to download the photo zip file each time. It would be so efficient to just grab the newest photos for the download.10 votes -
Bulk Editing Activities
Bulk edit features. I'm editing the date of some photos and having to go one by one is exhausting. A bulk editing tool would be much appreciated.

Have you considered creating the capability for collecting tuition through Transparent? Could you partner with another website to create that capability? How do other schools handle invoicing and tuition management?

MULTIPLE PHOTO UPLOADS AS IT WAS IN THE PAST
Hello,
we just saw your recent photo upload update... we were very sad to see that you can no longer upload multiple photos at a time. This is actually a very big problem for us as we rely on that feature (to upload multiple photos at a time) to ensure efficiency and ease without taking so much time. Without this feature we will not be able to complete our job with your service as we were in the past without interfering with the other mandatory items needed to get done in our work day. Many Photos Upload
Please return the upload of many pictures at one time. This single photo upload is unbelievable when we need to do it with 80 pictures!

Uploading of multiple photos
Hi. We noticed the change in the uploading of photos. Now we can only upload one photo at a time, which is time consuming.
We much prefer the previous way, where we could upload unlimited photos all at the same time. Please bring back this feature.

Transfer lessons from primary to elementary.

It's difficult to manage and see in the Progress if a photo was upload and associated with an activity. Manually you can change the status of activity, for example, from N (Need More) to M (Mastered), however it would be wonderful to know if there is at least one photo of this activity with this child. Font Features
Easy ability to change text to Bold, Italic, Underline, change font color within Design Forms and Announcements. Using coding is cumbersome and sometimes glitchy (doesn't always work consistently).

Customizing Daily Tracking
In preparation for state licensing inspection, our school will be required to provide our diaper logs.
We are currently using TC's Daily Tracking feature to note diaper changes. It would be beneficial is there was a way to print a full report of each child's diaper/toileting information for an X period of time to show the state inspector.
Being able to pull a report for all children in a classroom for just diapering/toileting for a specific date range would eliminate using TC for parent communication while still having to use paper and pen to communicate and meet state inspection requirements.

Attendance colors for days recorded and holidays
Hi, so it would be so helpful if the days we did attendance would change to say blue then we would instantly know if we missed a day. Maybe holidays or planned days off can be green so we know not to do those too. thanks Barb Harvey

Easier recording of continued proficiency.
Hello, Is it possible to have the Level of proficiency remain the same on the first click? Then I can show the child is continuing to work with the material with out having to go through all the other levels of proficiency. Thanks!
