  2. To have an optional (by form) added layer of approval for forms. Having the teacher fill out the form and then have an admin approve that form. We have had some sensitive issues that could have been worded better cause hours of admin work after a form went out. The teacher did not realize how her words would be perceived. Different teachers / issue multiple times so this feature would be amazing!!!

  3. Progress & Plan page: When a lesson has been planned in the displayed subject, the child it's planned for should be shown in a different colour. That way, you can easily see which children are missing lessons.

  4. I would appreciate that if a child is in more than one classroom, that it is in a separate field in the Spreadsheet. Why are all the classrooms in the same Field and separated only by comma?

  7. Allow updates to Concentration Levels on the mobile app when the time interval changes, even if I am not actively using the app. Currently, I have to be actively using the app right at the time interval change, or else the students' names stay greyed out and I can't update their concentration levels. This seems to be a bug, not a feature. Or, at least, allow me the opportunity to toggle this "feature" on and off. Thank you!

  8. When building a table while designing a report template, I would like to be able to customize column widths so that the description column can be wider and other columns such as "Always, Often, Sometimes, Rarely" can be narrower.

  10. Is there a way to share all of the photos uploaded by the month? For example, a gallery of images for March is sent out at the end of the month. To visually encapsulate the monthly curriculum.

  11. Order photos in conference reports. In this round of conference reports, we are including four photos. Some of these photos document the progression of work. It would be great to organize the photos to show the progress of work in consecutive order from left to right. I am imagining a drag-and-drop style organizing tool within the 'Edit' of conference reports.

  12. I would love to be able to tag activities/lessons by their categories and then search for the activities by the categories rather than by lesson name. That way, if I'm looking to help a child on a certain skill, I can search by the skill I want to work on, and then find all of the activities/lessons that work on that skill. Thank you for the opportunity to suggest this feature, and I really hope you can implement this tag/descriptor search mechanism soon!

  14. Now that Transparent Classroom has become an established, successful record-keeping tool, it would be great if you would remove the invitation to "Take a Tour" when members login. We would love to just have a Login page, instead of seeing that plea for potential new users, and having to login from the small icons in the upper right. As regular customers, we should feel welcome when we login, not that we've logged into the marketing page of a startup company.

  15. Be able to pull a student immunizations report that includes all enrolled students and also be able to pull the report by classroom, by grade, or by individual student. It would be helpful to have different format options available as well such .pdf or .csv/excel.
