Medical Condition on Profile
It would be helpful to have an important medical condition auto-fill on the child's profile. For example, we have a child that is diabetic and I had to manually add it to the notes (I know, not difficult) but something could get missed by adding that manual step in there. As it is now, if anyone else looks at the childs profile, they would not know he is diabetic unless they read thru his enrollment forms.

Search Bar for Keywords Too
It would be wonderful to be able to search announcements for key words so I can see announcements sent during this month last year, and copy/paste portions (I use announcements to send weekly updates to parents). Otherwise I have to keep clicking the 'more' button and scrolling. Which. Takes. Forever.

Parent Conference Notes
Is there a place to write notes from a parent conference? I would like to have a place separate from the observations and progress reports to document our meetings with parents. I don't want to scroll through all my observations to find specific conference notes or edit the progress report after it's been published to the parents. I also want to be able to keep it private from the parents if I need to.

Role of the Assistant - view but not edit except attendance
Good morning,
Is there a way to add another role - that of the Assistant? So that they can see the planned lessons and given lessons but not be able to make changes to anything except attendance?

Tag other staff members when mentioned in post
when writing Locked (so parents cannot see) observations and entering other staff names it would be SUPER helpful if the staff member that was tagged got a notification or email of the tag.

Progress and Plan by SPECIFIC DATE
I would like to have the option to use Progress and Plan while affecting specific dates. Currently, I submit my lessons on a weekly basis (on Fridays-sometimes Sundays based on availability). So, when I go to Progress and Plan to say which lessons I delivered, it all comes up as me delivering those lessons on the FRIDAY even if I delivered them on Monday. I would like to go to Progress and Plan, select a date once I am in the desired subject, and affect that subject only on that date. Currently, I have to go back to Activity and…

Student Order by Subject
My groups look different for different subjects. I know I can arrange names of children on the top of Progress and Plan. Could it be possible to arrange them differently for each subject in Progress in Plan? For example, I could arrange them by grade on ART and every time I pull ART, they will be in that order, but then when I pull Geometry, I arrange them based on skillset and every time I pull Geometry they remain in order based on skillset even if it is different from the order for ART.

An Assistant role/category is needed
We need a category for assistants. We want the assistants to have limited access to the children's accounts, but at the same time do some items. We want them to be able to take attendance and make limited notes on the children's account, but not be able to change any of the progress and plan items or contact the parents through the program and of course, received classroom announcements.
Currently we only have the choice of setting them up as teachers or as a parent of an imaginary "classroom child" and as a parent, they are just getting the announcements.

Assign Lesson Groups to Standards
I would love to be able to choose a whole "Group" of lessons when assigning lessons to standards. In Montessori, when meeting a broad standard such as "explores objects with hands" literally every lesson we do meets that category. When I imagine this feature, it would work like moving a document in google docs. I could click "Language" or see "Language --->Nomenclature Objects" and click the subset. I hope that makes sense!

Photos Per Child Report
Much like the Lessons by Area, and Lessons over Time reports, it would be helpful to be able to generate a report of how many photos of each child have been sent for a particular time period.
