create map of where families live
IS there a way to create a map based off of the form submissions from families? I'd love to have a google map with my school in the middle and all of the families houses plotted on the map as well.

Linking learning and Photos
We are working in NSW Australia and we have Government Inspectors who would like to see the planning cycle
Specifically to see if they can put a link feature to link photos/observations together to show follow up easily. A colleague sent me this: I found this info about linking. Perhaps we can use it to explain to TC what we are hoping for?

Choosing teachers in lesson reference page
I would like in lesson reference page to see which children did one teacher tag. So if there you could also choose a teacher and not just M,I,P,N and period of time.

Arrow keys to quickly toggle between dates vs only drop-down calendar
Hello! A simple but convenient feature to add would be arrow keys near the date selection feature to be able to quickly toggle between dates within the week without having to click the drop down date grid for each date change.

Printing the P&P pages with header on every page
It would be very very helpful if when we print (the Progress an Plan pages) the names of the students could appear on every single page, please.
At present, when I print the P & P the header /1st row with the student names prints only on the 1st page . Subsequent pages are very difficult to use since the student name is missing.

Live updated classroom volunteer list (for bringing items, etc)
Live sign up sheets for parents, to bring fruit, take home laundry, volunteer for certain things, etc.

Daily Tracking Trends Over Time
Seeing "Daily Tracking" over time; a week, amonth, a month, a year, would help notice a child's concentration/efforts to help teachers recognize behavioral trends. Without this it is impossible to track their ups or downs over time. What is the purpose to take the data if you can't analyse the trends?

Week at a glance uploading
We are using the daily tracking features to inform the parent and we love it. We would also need to upload the data for our records, as required by the state regulations (she shall keep those data 2 years). Unfortunately it is really not convenient to print or upload the "week at a glance" :
- The page only displays the student's first name and not their last name, class. The dates of the week would also be necessary to be specified
- on the week at a glance page we also have tracking data and diagrams of the day…1 vote -

How might we have visualizations, trend reports by child, by classroom, by guide, by school placed centrally as well as distributed in places where it makes sense the most.

Feature to log, report and track incidents
How might we report and track incidents and incident reports by child by classroom by guide by school. The incident report shall have an approval workflow where the guide creates the incident, but needs approval from an admin before sending it to the parent. An automated summary of all tracked events, must be automatically shared with the parents at the end of the day. It is also necessary that the incident report be customizable to add/modify/remove details. Every school has a format, so customization flexibility will be great to have.

Allow Parents to Send Notes
Our school would really like if parents could respond to daily tracking, especially if there are notes they need to know before school starts.
