View multiple notes from the past at one time
It would be great to be able to go back to see a full list of Notes from any given day. There could be a couple different options for this. 1) Select Notes for a specific child and be able to see a full list of daily Notes during a specified time frame. 2) Select Notes for a specific day and see a list of the notes for each child that day.

As a school we are creating an incident form and we would like to able to CCs ( in a sense) other staff that need to be notified, included other students from different classes our DEI director. and have the option to notify parents once faculty is all update.

Notes on lesson planning pages
It would be beneficial to able to add comments that are not lesson related to the lesson planning tabs. I use "plan by day" and I would love to be able to add a note or list items that I need to do that are unrelated to lessons. For example, this week it would have been great if I could have written a note about a parent presentation that was going to occur on Monday.

Hi, sometimes I have more than one pictures of the momento and when I upload it I have to mark one by one, even when the describe is the samething.
Is it possible for us to make like a mini álbum with 2 or 3 photos with the same written?Thank you!

"Relationship to Child" on Parent Profiles
I'd like to suggest adding a "Relationship to Child" field on the Parent profile page. This feature would display information such as whether the contact is a mother, father, grandparent, aunt, uncle, guardian, step-parent, etc., alongside their phone number and email address.
Why This Would Be Helpful:
Currently, to find out a parent's relationship to a child, staff memebers need to search through "general forms," which can be time-consuming, especially in urgent situations. Having this information easily accessible would streamline communication and make interactions more efficient. It would also be nice to have a way to mark the "primary" contact.…15 votes -

Hello! We are receiving strong feedback from parents that they are skipping reading PDFs as Transparent Classroom requires them to sign into their account to access them via their email. Is there anyway to eliminate this extra "click" that hinders our communication progress with families?

Children's House Daily tracking
The children's house environment should have the same daily tracking features as the infant community so that parents are aware of the daily tasks at school as sometimes they are still young when entering children's house.

Label days in Lesson Planning
When looking at lessons planning by day, it would be helpful to be able to edit the title of any particular day to include that it could be a field trip day or a halfway, or a school holiday, or conferences.

IS there a way to create a map based off of the form submissions from families? I'd love to have a google map with my school in the middle and all of the families houses plotted on the map as well.

Linking learning and Photos
We are working in NSW Australia and we have Government Inspectors who would like to see the planning cycle
Specifically to see if they can put a link feature to link photos/observations together to show follow up easily. A colleague sent me this: I found this info about linking. Perhaps we can use it to explain to TC what we are hoping for?

I would like in lesson reference page to see which children did one teacher tag. So if there you could also choose a teacher and not just M,I,P,N and period of time.

App Interface Polishing
We are very hopeful the app interface will be expanded so we can seamlessly use the sign in/ out feature with parents and caregivers and the teachers can more easily use the record keeping features while working throughout the classroom.

Arrow keys to quickly toggle between dates vs only drop-down calendar
Hello! A simple but convenient feature to add would be arrow keys near the date selection feature to be able to quickly toggle between dates within the week without having to click the drop down date grid for each date change.
