Teacher Attendance and Unexpected All School Days Off
Hello! Not sure if I have suggested here, but I have two and if I'm missing that they are already available then let me know!
1) Being able to track Staff Attendance in terms of PTO.
2) Being able to indicate an unexpected day off such as the snow day we are experiencing today!

Firma de ambos tutores obligatoria
Añadir funcionalidad en informes para que sea obligatoria la firma de ambos tutores. Ahora mismo se puede añadir un campo para tutor 1 y tutor 2 pero puede firmar ambos la misma persona. Es necesario que ambos tutores den su consentimiento para que la firma sea efectiva

Help! Access denied to teacher.
We are having a problem with transparent classroom. when we came back from winter break our toddler teacher was not able to log in to Transparent classroom. The response said that access denied and to check with administrator. I cannot find any place that I can correct the problem.

Formatierung in Formularen
Liebes Transparent Classroom Team
Wir finden Eure App super toll und schätzen die Optionen sehr. Allerdings bleiben ein paar Kleinigkeiten auf der Strecke, wie z. B. die Formatierung im Beschreibungs Feld der Formulare, es ist nicht möglich einen Absatz einzufügen oder überhaupt zu formatieren. Das wäre sehr wichtig, ich glaube grundsätzlich hilfreich für alle und eine Mindestanforderung. Vielen Dank vorab!1 vote -
direct communication from teachers/classroom with parents
Dear Transparent classroom Team
we would love to have an easier way of communicating with parents. So they can easily send sick or being late notes instead of logging in with a pin and then only be able to send notes. Or sending e-mails is again an other app to check😊 having it within the parents app would help a lot:-)
Are you planning something like that? Otherwise I need to look out for a additional app to use…

We are running into some use cases where the permission model is a bit too rigid and would like to be able to turn features on/off for given employee roles.

Couleurs de domaines/aires
Avoir la possibilité d'ajouter des couleurs au domaines afin de mieux repérer les domaines présentés lors de la planification( vue par enfant et par jour ou semaine surtout) pour aider à bien faire vivre toutes les aires.
Have the possibility of adding colors to the areas in order to better identify the areas presented during planning (view per child and per day or week especially) to help bring all the areas to life.

View multiple notes from the past at one time
It would be great to be able to go back to see a full list of Notes from any given day. There could be a couple different options for this. 1) Select Notes for a specific child and be able to see a full list of daily Notes during a specified time frame. 2) Select Notes for a specific day and see a list of the notes for each child that day.

Hi, sometimes I have more than one pictures of the momento and when I upload it I have to mark one by one, even when the describe is the samething.
Is it possible for us to make like a mini álbum with 2 or 3 photos with the same written?Thank you!

"Relationship to Child" on Parent Profiles
I'd like to suggest adding a "Relationship to Child" field on the Parent profile page. This feature would display information such as whether the contact is a mother, father, grandparent, aunt, uncle, guardian, step-parent, etc., alongside their phone number and email address.
Why This Would Be Helpful:
Currently, to find out a parent's relationship to a child, staff memebers need to search through "general forms," which can be time-consuming, especially in urgent situations. Having this information easily accessible would streamline communication and make interactions more efficient. It would also be nice to have a way to mark the "primary" contact.…15 votes -

Hello! We are receiving strong feedback from parents that they are skipping reading PDFs as Transparent Classroom requires them to sign into their account to access them via their email. Is there anyway to eliminate this extra "click" that hinders our communication progress with families?

Children's House Daily tracking
The children's house environment should have the same daily tracking features as the infant community so that parents are aware of the daily tasks at school as sometimes they are still young when entering children's house.

Parent communication when a child is sick or late makes it easier for parents to contact the teachers directly through the app instead of school administration.

Label days in Lesson Planning
When looking at lessons planning by day, it would be helpful to be able to edit the title of any particular day to include that it could be a field trip day or a halfway, or a school holiday, or conferences.
