  1. is there a way to check how often the lessons plans are being reviewed and updated? In a school where TC is new, it would help to understand its usage in classrooms while teachers are trying to transition from the previous record keeping tools

  2. I have seen that those who have recently subscribed to TC 2023/2024 academic year, their toddler curriculum has been augmented. those of us who signed up 3 years ago or more, do not have ALL the activities for the toddler classroom. How does someone who subscribed a long time ago, access the recent toddler curriculum additions ?

  8. Under the reports tab for both; Child lessons by area and Child lessons over time. There should be an option to be able to pick the time frame dates similar to Child lesson proficiency over time. This may be difficult in the given screen format but an option to export would be a short time fix.

  11. In Activities, it would be nice if entries like this would be handled:
    @Child1 presented worked #lessonOne

    so I could say in one go that the child was presented and continued working afterwards.

  12. Editable Competencies (Standards): We'd like to use something like standards, just something that's unique to our classroom/school and editable. Just like standards, it should be connectable with our lesson set. The use case: at the end of the semester, we hand out a "competencies report" to our pupils, written in language that makes sense to our students (e.g. "I can subtract numbers in the range 1-20"). they keep the same report for all of lower elementary, and we add "presented/practiced/mastered" marks at the end of each semester.   17. We would love to have different school-wide forms send notifications to different staff members, instead of all school forms sending notifications to one email address. ie. incident reports should notify the school nurse, our field trip forms should notify the administrator who needs them...

  18. On Conference Reports, the skills table would be easier to fill out if a drop-down option was available. The goal would be that the designer of the form would create drop-down options that would be "staff edit only" to be used during the process of filling out conference reports. This would allow faculty to fill reports quickly without the use of abbreviations and eliminating the possibility of typos.

  20. Is there any way to add required/not required checkboxes for other form fields, like tables and Emergency Contacts? I love how I can toggle this feature for other things like signatures and names, and would like to be able to do it for other fields.
