Immunization details
Hello.
It would be helpful, and make it a legal document, if the immunization records had the child's first and last name (right now it only has a first name), birthday, and the school name on it. That way, when it is printed it would be considered a legal document, replacing a hand written state required form. This would be extremely helpful!

Conference Report Missing Field Indication
Hi,
On your Conference Reports, it would be helpful if fields in which nothing has been added could be highlighted in some ways. At my current school, a team of about 7 teachers adds to one conference report form for each child. This makes the form very long. It's challenging to ensure that each section has been fully filled out, without indication.1 vote -
Forms: Bulk "inactive"
Every year we have to go through all the forms for the previous year to make them inactive. It would be nice if there was a way to make forms inactive in a "bulk" sort of way instead of opening each form individually.

Filtered presentations and CCSS in Conference Reports
Hi,
I would like to suggest feature that it is extremely important for us at Valencia Montessori School. We are a Montessori school, that tries to work as Montessori as possible but legally has to follow the US CCSS.
We would like to be able to add to the parent conference reports the Montessori presentations given in a specific period of time for each area.
We would like to be able to add to the parent conference reports the CCSS, that have been covered in a period of time and not by grade.

How can an incident report be revised after it has been sent t a parent?
I would like better customer support. I am just taking over this function from a former employee. I need to revise an incident report, but cannot seem to find any help or a customer support telephone number. How can I do this?

Better Long Term Record Keeping
In keeping better records for children, we would appreciate being able to add in formal assessments done outside of school. That way it's on file and current/future teachers/admin can access the information.

Right now each existing role comes with its own set of permissions that cannot be changed. It would be super helpful to be able to customize roles especially for staff members with kids at the school. Our school has parents who are staff in every department. Automatically Tag Children's Names for Photos with Facial Recognition
Uploading photos of my students and tagging them for parents are extremely useful but can also be time consuming. Would you consider adopting some facial recognition technology? So that when teachers open each untagged photo, there is a button for automatic facial recognition and name tagging (and for @names only, not for #lessons). Teachers can also choose to tag them manually, but having that automatic feature would help tremendously.
I understand that cyber security would be a huge issue to consider here as technology from a third-party might need to be introduced to view and process the children's photos. If…1 vote -

API form status changes
add to API the ability to promote and demote the status of forms. I want to mass "accept" forms that have been submitted. and be able to demote to requested forms that do not meet criteria.
