Notification to parents of a form change
Today I made a change to our Acknowledgement of Arrival and Dismissal Policy form which I make families sign at the beginning of each year. I was surprised that when I made changes to the form it automatically changed the form in each child's profile but did not change to form to 'Requested' and then ask the parents to resubmit after seeing and reading the changes.

Photo Equity Record
Photo Record & Report: Just as it is a wonderful report to utilize to see how many lessons have been given to particular children to ensure equitability, it would be nice to have a similar feature for photos. A way to be able to select this report and have it auto-populate the data.

switch quickly between users without log out
multiple profiles to switch between. Classroom i-pad has one teacher logged in but it would be nice to quickly switch with just a pin to another teacher for entry info

Planning for a session before that session becomes active
I would like to be able to plan for the next session (new school year) during the holidays without having to pay for a whole session when we have no students at school during the holidays. It wouldn't be necessary to be able alter students records just be able to see them and plan the next years lessons. This would be a major help for a startup school such as ours where the teachers are also doing the admin! Thank you.

An Assistant role/category is needed
We need a category for assistants. We want the assistants to have limited access to the children's accounts, but at the same time do some items. We want them to be able to take attendance and make limited notes on the children's account, but not be able to change any of the progress and plan items or contact the parents through the program and of course, received classroom announcements.
Currently we only have the choice of setting them up as teachers or as a parent of an imaginary "classroom child" and as a parent, they are just getting the announcements.

Font Features
Easy ability to change text to Bold, Italic, Underline, change font color within Design Forms and Announcements. Using coding is cumbersome and sometimes glitchy (doesn't always work consistently).

Uploading multiple photos at once
Hi there! I have an issue that I cannot resolve myself... We can no longer upload multiple photos at once - we take a lot of photos every day and we know that our families love to receive them every day so we do not want to disappoint them. Could you please help?

Racial Make-up of School
For state reporting in Illinois, we need to have racial make-up of school, classrooms, and by age. This would be great if we can generate these reports in Transparent Classroom.

Color coded progress per year
To indicate student progress, currently we use shades of blue to show introduced, practiced, and mastered. Would it be possible to change the color each year? For example: next year, do shades of green and the following year, shades of purple, etc. It would help when planning to know what was entered in a particular year.

Sync parents and children :approved adults, emergency contacts
I have found with inputting parents under children information is not synced up. For example: emergency contacts, approved adults, etc. it would make it much easier for these section to connect and not have to do it twice.

Address starts under child and can be copied to each adult.
Address should start being under the child and can be “copied” to each adult or a different address can be put in.
Adding the same address to each parent is very time consuming.
