  1. It would be great to be able to not only send a notice about conference reports being available but also have the option of sending a PDF (or similar). We always have issues with parents who have forgotten their passwords (because they don't use them regularly) and/or have trouble viewing the reports because they are looking on a small screen. Sending conference reports as a PDF document would solve both these issues.

  2. I am creating an ELD report for our ELD teachers to use and I would like there to be a field available for dominant language similar to the ones that autofill Name, grade, etc.

  3. It would be helpful to have the option of online including proficient areas on the conference report. This would be a widget that would be available to drag and drop similar to the tiles that say "lesson list with proficiencies" and "Lessons in areas".

  4. I would love to have more options of organizing lesson plans. It would be awesome to be able to upload an attachment with a different format from that given. In other words I would like to break down the material further that what is provided and it's hard to do so because of the minimal options offered. d

It would be so helpfull, if we had a tool like WhatsApp but within the Schools community where we can send informations to the parents of each classroom that they can read fast and easily; Or where they can easily ask a Question and the other parents can see it so too and know the answer then!

PLEASE set up a Mailing list for parents eg all parents from one class; I know you have the feature with chosing parents or Children and then Opening Outlook or Gmail, but for our daily Routine it is one of the most important Things that we get mailing lists within the System or at least with an easier System that works for many parents, too (not copy paste in Outlook....) thank you sooo much, if you make this work!

  8. Our toddlers' daily tracking activities are the same time every day. Is there a way that we can program AM snack, PM snack and toileting times, to be coded as the same time each day? This way, we would spend much less time recording daily tracking activities because we wouldn't have to enter specific times in. This feature, if editable by the Admin/Lead Teacher, could be per classroom and set up at the beginning of the school year. It would save us so much time! Please let us know your thoughts.   9. Would you please allow for selecting/deselecting the areas to be printed on the lesson reference sheet?

    We have Songs as a distinct area. When printing the reference sheet to share with my assistant, it is made much longer by the songs being listed. I would prefer to keep tracking songs, and be able to disclude them when creating a reference sheet for sharing. It would make the reference sheet much more useful and save paper.

  13. When looking at a report for Attendance for a longer period of time when the show days box is checked, have the names of the students move along with the grid as it does for the Progress and Plan when you scroll down from the top of one subject area to the bottom.

  14. In conference reports, I'd like to be able to generate a report that shows progress from Fall to Spring - so where there is a column of works that have been Introduced/Practiced/Mastered, etc., from Fall - RIGHT NEXT TO THAT COLUMN I'd like to be able to insert the same info for Spring

    2. Chat feature so parents can directly contact teachers using this app, to limit number of apps for communication

  16. Considering the remote learning that we are experiencing, our school has been emailing lessons to parents to do at home. We are finding that this method is scattered and inefficient. I would like to be able to post lessons for parents on transparent classroom, organized by the 5 areas of the classroom. How can we do that?

  17. Hi! Thank you for all the resources and the new tools you’re offering. My fellow guides and myself really enjoy the parents’ pictures. So far, we only have three families (out of 33) participating and we definitely see a good potential. We were wondering if maybe it could be possible to make a parents’ picture visible not only for the guide but for other families (the classroom families for example). Could it be an option? Some families, though they receive counseling, declared it would be helpful to know what other families are doing with their kids. Thank you for letting…

  19. Hello. I have a question: is it possible to change the terminology a bit. For example, instead of "children" could it be named "students", and we do not need the age of our students, so would it be possible to get rid of this option in our version?
