customizing organization of children within classrooms/full school attendance
It would be great if a school could decide how they wanted the children ordered within a classroom. For example in After School Program we have children from multiple classrooms joining one space, it's very difficult to find the children on the list to sign them in and out because there are so many and they are organized by first name. If we could move them around and organize them in our own way by main classroom, that would be fabulous! Hide Children in the Classroom Placement Screen
We have quite a few children that have left the school. We would like the option to hide them in the Classroom Placement screen so we don't have to scroll through so many names.

Before and aftercare billing/staff hour tracking
Unless I am missing these features already, it would be GREAT to have a feature where parents can sign in as they drop off and pick up their children and then they are automatically billed and it is easily transferred to an invoice. Also, a clock-in feature for staff that also calculates hours and time worked so that it can easily be sent to the payroll people. :)

Add a feature that gives reason for form rejection
When a form is rejected for missing or incorrect information, it would be nice to be able to notify the parent of the specifics that need attention.

Add a grading feature for older students
Our school runs through 8th grade. These students receive percentage grades. Are you considering adding a gradebook feature for older students? We use the Betsy Coe curriculum for Montessori Middle School (if that gives you any insight).

Put a "save" button on attendance
This seems the only one screen that doesn't have a save button and it would be good to be able to save attendance as it is entered (and know it is saved).

'Practiced' tally
Hi!
I'm wondering if there is a function already where guides can track students continual practice of a concept/ material. For instance, having a tally every time the guide clicks 'practiced'.Also, are there recommendations for how interventionists can input what they are working on with students?

Parent sign in only have one option...either Drop Off or Pick Up
This was suggested in 2017...Parents often select the wrong button when signing a child in or out. Instead of having two buttons it would be nice if there was just one button which would say "Drop Off" when the child is not present and "Pick Up" if the child has already been dropped off.
In my state parents must sign their child into the classroom. Since parent sign in is the only record we can use for attendance we consistently have to check attendance for parent errors.

It would be great if you could create an export button for the graph and also allow a longer classroom name to be shown (right now it´s limited to 12 characters +numberKids ,otherwise bar description is blank in chart).

Have forms that can be assigned to teachers to fill out for each student
We are creating a primary readiness form that we would like toddler staff to be able to fill out. It would be great to be able to assign forms for staff to fill out and then apply to each child in their class as they fill it out.

add a school-provided header and footer to conference reports
Because other schools often request records when children transition, it would be very helpful if a school-provided header and footer could be put on each printed page, with page 1 being different than subsequent pages. Ideally the footer could include address, website, phone number and page # of total pages. For the header, we used the header template, but couldn't create two columns on the first page which would be nice. For page 2 + it would be nice to include the school's name, the child's name, and the session or school-displayed session name at a minimum in the printed…
