Improve App for Check in
We currently use Brightwheel in addition to Transparent Classroom. In trying to consolidate to just TC, we've discovered some features that are just too bulky to be worth using. The App for BW has the distance check-in so that you don't have to open the website everytime and checking in multiple children is much easier. We've had feedback from parents since trying the TC attendance/distance check-in that they really rely on getting the message via app that their child was checked in/out when they use nannies and friends for transportation.

Choosing teachers in lesson reference page
I would like in lesson reference page to see which children did one teacher tag. So if there you could also choose a teacher and not just M,I,P,N and period of time.

As a school we are creating an incident form and we would like to able to CCs ( in a sense) other staff that need to be notified, included other students from different classes our DEI director. and have the option to notify parents once faculty is all update.

Hashtag drop down
When hashtaging a material you should be able to select an item from the drop down menu and not have to type the whole name of the activity

Video capability
Hello, We have been using Transparent for many years when we survey the parents they are not impressed because there is no video capability and at times messages do not reach them.
Do you have a date to add video option

bulk approve forms
I asked a year ago, so I am asking again. Forms - families have submitted hundreds to me. Is there a way to bulk accept forms? Or do I still need to click into each, one by one?

photo download feature
We have parents who make shutterfly yearbooks at the end of each year. We would like a way to share the photos taken throughout the year with them. Downloading all and giving it to them on a drive is how we have done it in the past from iphoto. We are open to other solutions just need a way for our parent volunteers to access them all.

A better way to view applicants...
I would like to be able to move those that have completed a tour/parent interview to the bottom of the page. It would also be nice to select it to be organized different ways (ie: by birthdate (instead of age as of start date), or by last received).

allow for separate applications for different levels
We would like to create multiple applications forms. One for Elementary, one for Childrens House, and another for the toddler community.

Move children's records between schools
Is this already possible? I have a new student who I think is coming from another school with TC. Can I automatically move over his records to my classroom?

Be able to add in extra curricular activities, lessons and Unit studies
I would like to be able to add in extra curricular activities such as sports, going outs and field-trip in the weekly plan. As it is nice to see everything at a glance, could you also make it so that student lead interest and projects (and what they plan to do) can be added in.
Otherwise things need to be recorded in two different places.

let parents see the same "photos" menu which teachers upload photos (left section).
You can just insert "photos" menu in the parents' view page. I think this is simple because the menu is already in the system.
when a parent click his child's name, he could see his own child's photos and activity lessons.... attendance...all the information are sorted by child. In the page, he would not see other children's photos so he can focus on his child. ( you don't have to change this child page)
** If the parent click "photos" in the left section, he also see all photos of the class. so he could get more information about the…

add "login as" in the teacher's view.
Just add the function in the teacher's view, not only Admin view. As a teacher, I need to see what parents see.

Prompt to add lesson
It would be helpful if when a teacher added a #InTheNameOfTheLessonThatWasNotCurrentlyAddedInTheLessonsTabThatTheyWouldGetAPromptToAddThatLessonAndTheyWouldBeAbleToSelectTheGroup. Ha ha. That's what happens when you use speech to text and say the word #.
