  3. report of planned lessons, per child

    I would like to generate a report of all planned lessons for a period of time.
    Similar to lessons over time, I would like to generate a list of planned lessons, per child, per subject and per year group.

  4. restrict changes

    allow restrictions on what fields each user type can enter. For example, restrict changes to child name, dob, sex, etc. to users at the Admin level only.

  5. Color coded progress per year

    To indicate student progress, currently we use shades of blue to show introduced, practiced, and mastered. Would it be possible to change the color each year? For example: next year, do shades of green and the following year, shades of purple, etc. It would help when planning to know what was entered in a particular year.

  6. Personalize Daily Tracking

    The Daily Tracking tool is great. I would like to be able to track other things ... it would be great to be able to add our own "events" to track...
    Examples:
    - disagreement with another child
    - physical altercation with another child
    - work avoidance

    Internal Teacher Notes -
    Somewhere to link lesson plans for lessons, also links / activity ideas etc. This would be very helpful for those activities which are added in to meet state requirements but are not Montessori Lessons.

  16. Organizing Progress & Plan by Group and with Dividers

    Using Student Groups and Dividers in Progress and Plan

    Hello, I'd like to suggest the ability to select only a specific group from within my classroom when I'm in Progress and Plan view, so as to limit the amount of visual information on the page; alternately, it would be extremely helpful to be able to place several dividers (for example, a thick, dark vertical line) between the students so as to help me keep track within the table - I believe this could be easily incorporated in the "reorder children" dialogue box. Thank you for considering this.

    Hello, we’d like to schedule announcements, in the same way Facebook can schedule posts. We’d also like a bigger text box in order to proof read our announcements before sending out. Is this something that we can start doing?

  18. Incident reports need to be approved before they are sent to parents

    Hello! We are using forms for things like incident/accident reports for parents. Currently the adult fills it out and send it directly to parents, w/o a signature from the admin. or lead teacher. This means that no one outside the adult that wrote the report knows what happened. Is there a way for approval to be given to admin or lead teacher before it gets sent to the parents? Thanks for letting me ask

  19. Attendance notes, parent communicaiton

    It would be nice if parents could input an attendance note for their excused absences, so we do not need a different system to log and track attendance excuses. Also for parents to input notes for informational purposes ie (they said they had a headache last night but not today). without having the parents do the signing in and signing out there isn't an option for those items.
