    Right now we can post announcements immediately, without the possibility to plan one and set it ready ahead of time.

  3. Forms for Admin Only

    Is there a way to make certain forms admin only? We use forms for Tuition Fee Agreements where sensitive information like banking and credit card info is listed. We would love to protect staff and families by making these forms only visible to administration.

  4. Assign forms on future date

    Scheduling form assignments. It would be great if you could schedule form assignments for the future. For instance: assign re-registration form to families on 12/16/22, but not have it actually send out to the families until 1/7/23.

  5. Photo Upload

    Bring back the old way to upload photos. I don't know why you changed it, it worked very well. This new bulk photo upload is slower and doesn't work at times.

  6. Adding Parent Work Email Address

    Add work email field to parent profile. We have many parents who do not have access to their cell phones or personal email during the work day. Having a spot on their profile for a work email in addition to their personal email would be very helpful.

  7. Classroom Info

    On the Home Page, we would like to have a feature for "Classroom Info" per classroom, so that each teacher can post videos, etc, rather than waiting on the admin to post things. Thank you!

  9. Adding Area-limited Portfolio Photos to a report

    When designing a report, there is a feature on the widget “Lesson List w/ Proficiencies” that limits the list to certain areas.

    I’d like for the same feature to be added to the widget “Portfolio Photos”. That way, it’s possible to add relevant photos from the Portfolio underneath Area-limited Lesson Lists.

    For example, adding this feature would make it possible to generate a report that shows the Lesson List w/ Proficiencies for Practical Life and then all Portfolio Photo’s from Practical Life are shown underneath.

    Right now the widget “Portfolio Photos” would result in an unorganized and very big list…

  10. Dual tags for multiple named lessons

    Have multiple tags for the same lesson, where variations in name exist. Eg, Long Bead Frame / Large Bead Frame. Triangles by Sides and Angles / Seven Triangles of Reality. There could be a Title name, but the alternative links to it.

  11. Uploading multiple photos at once

    Hi there! I have an issue that I cannot resolve myself... We can no longer upload multiple photos at once - we take a lot of photos every day and we know that our families love to receive them every day so we do not want to disappoint them. Could you please help?

    Two way note system, parents could put attendance notes or communicate two way through the notes feature.

    A stronger app that has more features would be ideal as well

  13. Download Photos by Date Range

    Download Photos by Date Range:
    It is imperative for us to be able to download the photo file by date range. We download photos weekly to our google drives to utilize for yearbook. etc. It can take 30 minutes to download the photo zip file each time. It would be so efficient to just grab the newest photos for the download.

    Have you considered creating the capability for collecting tuition through Transparent? Could you partner with another website to create that capability? How do other schools handle invoicing and tuition management?

  17. MULTIPLE PHOTO UPLOADS AS IT WAS IN THE PAST

    Hello,
    we just saw your recent photo upload update... we were very sad to see that you can no longer upload multiple photos at a time. This is actually a very big problem for us as we rely on that feature (to upload multiple photos at a time) to ensure efficiency and ease without taking so much time. Without this feature we will not be able to complete our job with your service as we were in the past without interfering with the other mandatory items needed to get done in our work day. We would appreciate it very much…

  20. Uploading of multiple photos

    Hi. We noticed the change in the uploading of photos. Now we can only upload one photo at a time, which is time consuming.
    We much prefer the previous way, where we could upload unlimited photos all at the same time. Please bring back this feature.
