  2. Child boxes could have two columns, one for recent presentations (activities presented during the previous week), and one for planned presentations. This way, the recent presentations can be encouraged as options for free choice by the guide/assistants, also the guide can observe to see if the child is repeating or not, and can reflect on the situation and make appropriate decisions.

  4. Customize concentration labels.

    Other than the ones that’re named, like Concentrated, Quiescent and Disorder, there are some levels without a label. I would like to name those levels and perhaps add key words to make sure all our teachers are on the same page and can observe the students objectively.

  5. Be able to pull a list of children who have overdue vaccines and to also send notifications to parents automatically when a vaccine becomes available and overdue.

  6. Hello.
    I would realy like to be able to upload forms, documents to the site as templates and so on. We would like to use our own teacher-parent report template or document - as an example. Is this something that is possible to achieve?

  8. would love to be able to track teacher, volunteer, and other support staff "attendance" in TC as well, so that we have our entire building headcount in one place! When we run our drills, we're relying on memory for who should be in and isn't.

  10. Allow the First Day field in a form to be auto-filled by the First Day field in the "Info" section of a child's profile. We have to have this date printed on children's forms every year due to licensing requirements, and it's time-consuming for admin staff to copy & paste this date every year when it is static data that doesn't change and has already been saved in the child's Transparent Classroom profile.

Create form folders - each year produces a packet of forms for each child, and so for children who have been at the school for more than one year, their form list is very long and it's hard to find what you need. It would be great to be able to create form folders for storage (and which admin could label by year, by topic, etc.).

  12. It would be really helpful to have a place to document student-specific information that could be helpful for other staff, but the notes aren't sent/visible to parents. Maybe this could be in the student's profile section. An example would be parents that have a difficult divorce decree and staff need to be aware of certain details. It would also be helpful to somehow flag these students if there is an important note for staff to read.

  13. It would be helpful to have a way highlight students that have food allergies so staff members can quickly identify those students. It would also be helpful to be able to link treatment plans to those students, in the event of an emergency.

  14. Is there a way to have the attendance and information of a child follow them mid-year - this is particularly helpful when our YCC students transition to Children's House mid-year based on age/readiness. Right now, we just have a few students who live on two classes rosters, but it would be better if that information simply migrated to the new classroom.

  15. It would be super helpful to restrict the Approved Adults info boxes in formatting (make it just like Emergency Contacts) as well as how to allow phone numbers to be typed. The CSV file would export much cleaner when we use it for printed Emergency Forms.

  18. Is it possible to have a drop down selection on the "Home" page that could separate out the announcements that were sent to parents and the activities posted by the teachers? We wanted to search for a message/announcement that we sent to parents, but it has become frustrating to have to scroll through so many other things. It would be nice to sort announcements by date too. Thanks for your consideration!

  19. The weekly reports, currently give a total number of activities for the particular classroom. Possibly to have a report only with what has actually been tagged and activities that have been recorded, rather than even just an upload but not tagged still get counted for in the weekly report.

  20. We need another category to record progress: skip (it could be symbolized as S). Sometimes we receive children in the classroom who are older and need to skip some lessons, or come from another school and we do not have their itemized presentations record. Once we make that decision to skip a presentation, it would be helpful to be able to record it that way. At the moment we leave it blank but it is confusing and makes us reconsider blank presentations that we already decided to skip. This is particularly important if you co-teach. So, I propose to add…
