Announcements to variable student status (all, current, incoming)
We would love to be able to make announcements to not only current, but also incoming students' families. As of now, notifications are only received by families of active students in the current session. During the summer, we'd love to be able to make announcements for the upcoming session's parent body, no matter when they are beginning school. We have several families that are joining us mid year who cannot see announcements until their child's start date.

Conference Report Shows All Lessons
Allow the option to have all works listed on conference reports, not just works the child has been introduced to. I like to show our 1st year parents everything that will be available to their child during the 3 year cycle

Notes of parent/family interactions with staff.
I would like a page for the school staff to see only. When an interaction happens with a parent. It could be recorded. Like a place to make notes. you could go back and review, I left 3 messages for a parent this week finally received email etc. Teacher spoke with parent at pick up teacher said, parent responded with.

Tracking how many lessons child receives/adding notes to toileting/deleting notes
Would love a few features:
1 feature that can mark how many times a child has been shown a lesson. For instance in the boxes that are color coded, instead of marking an "i" for introduced, I could tally essentially how many times i introduced the lesson before they moved on to "practiced" etc. This would be useful to track how often are they doing work introduced or how many lessons of just one work are they shown before using it more independently/using work at all.
Would also love a feature to delete notes, and a feature that lets me…

Communication during different sessions
It would be helpful to be able to send announcements to different sessions, for example to summer camp during summer camp and then to the upcoming school year session. We can't effectively use TC during the summer to communicate with school year families until the end of the summer session--which is too late for many of the necessary communications.

Bulk Upload Lessons
It would be nice to be able to bulk upload lessons into Transparent Classroom. This would mean that if we have a list of skills on excel, we can easily upload it as a CSV to Transparent Classroom.

Limiting Parent Access
Parent Access: I would like to remove the hourly update option, some of our parents will call or text right away if a photo or activity report goes out during school hours. It feels better to only offer the daily (or better yet weekly) update so parents can see a complete picture of the day or week.

Health Room Documentation
Have a section for health room/school nurse documentation. So if a student comes to the health room with a headache, for example, the details could be documented there, with an email sent to parents via Transparent Classroom with the details.

Allow all staff members to have access to all student emergency contact information, but retain the existing access to progress records, etc. to just their class.

I would like to generate a report of all planned lessons for a period of time.

restrict changes
allow restrictions on what fields each user type can enter. For example, restrict changes to child name, dob, sex, etc. to users at the Admin level only.
