Announcements need to have more features.

We should be able to attach links to announcements without having to paste them in. Links to google documents, to articles, etc. The current function of only be to upload is antiquated. Please address quickly. It makes twice the work.
Announcements should look and feel like an email. Right now they feel like a comment.

    In the announcements, it would be great if you could add hyperlinks, highlight things in different colors, and paste photos mid-text, like in Google.

    Also, it would be nice if you could type the lesson directly, like on Google, instead of it telling you where to find it.

    Allow links to other folders (ie. photos) to appear in content of a message sent in Announcements.
